Alcohol and tobacco aren't scheduled. They are significantly more dangerous drugs. Tobacco has absolutely no safe use. The fact that a solvent cleaner/disinfectant and a cancer causing plant which are both highly addictive are legal, while a medicinal flower isn't is absolutely insane and a huge shame on humanity now that we are starting to get a grasp with how powerful and useful of a medicine and tool it will be for all of humanity.

They always knew and it was Reagan’s shady doing. You can tell it’s all about the government profiting and regulating. I was able to get a medical marijuana card in less than 30 minutes with absolutely no evaluation and used it to apply for a Fed job and it is legit. They are going to drag out federally legalizing marijuana for as long as they can.

cigarettes don’t impair your thinking u can smoke them whenever ever operating have machinery but the same can’t be said for weed

Funny you just uploaded this, just took my quick test for a contractor im working for starting an apprenticeship. Had to buy two bags of monkey whizz due to not knowing when theyd test during my orientation, after, or during work. Once I come back clean my life is gonna be crazy different bein sober for the next 4-5 years...but changing the classification of the drug would be amazing so i wouldnt have to worry anymore

Alternate technology: Either one analyte or all analytes from the group must be used for calibration, depending on the technology. At least one analyte within the group must have a concentration equal to or greater than the initial test cutoff or, alternatively, the sum of the analytes present (i.e., equal to or greater than the laboratory’s validated limit of quantification) must be equal to or greater than the initial test cutoff. Alternate technology (THCA and Benzoylecgonine): When using an alternate technology initial test for the specific target analytes of THCA and Benzoylecgonine, the laboratory must use the same cutoff for the initial and confirmatory tests (i.e., 15 ng/mL for THCA and 100ng/mL for Benzoylecgonine).

The fmcsa will find a way to stop drivers from smoking. They want you to either turn into an alcoholic or die from lung cancer from cigarettes. But anything that might be helpful for you or good,They don't what you doing.

I have a question.. i have cdl here in louisiana. Currently suspended until 8/15/25 but physical is due November of this year..ps both regular and commercial is suspended until next year

I think you are right, that schedule-III will happen, but what I think is highly likely is that this hearing will *restrict* the potential impact this could of had. For example, I think all this will do is allow more research due to CAMU and remove the tax restrictions, meaning in some ways, it’s more symbolic. But I suspect the rule will keep in place the majority of restrictions overall. Now, I could be wrong, and I hope I am wrong, but I think the DEA knows this move has to happen, but wants as little as possible to change because of it, so I think a medical framework is not going to happen. Nor will this impact banking, gun rights, or employment. Again, I hope I’m wrong.

Legalize marijuana and outlaw alcohol. You can quit smoking grass on your own if you want. An alcoholic will die of seizures if he quits cold turkey
