HEARING: YNW Melly Double Murder Trial - FL v. Jamell Demons

YNW Melly, born Jamell Demons, is scheduled for two days of motions hearing inside a Broward County courthouse on Monday and Tuesday. The South Florida rapper is accused of killing his childhood friends, Christopher “YNW Juvy” Thomas and Anthony “YNW Sakchaser” Williams, in 2018. Police believe Melly staged the murders as a drive-by shooting after a late-night recording session. His first trial surrounding this case ended in a mistrial.
