​@@jackenglish1041Ann Wilson is alot better,and way better singer than Pat Benetar,and Pat Benetar can't even sing anymore,Pat Benetar always claimed she was trained in as a opera singer,which she was n her younger days ,made sense,because she had a very wide vocal range,but I don't think she was singing the correct way,because If she was trained as a opera singer,she would have still had her voice,and Pat Benetar lost her voice,I know because I'm a singer to,and I was also trained as a opera singer,and i to,sang in alot of rock n roll' bands,i still do ,so if that were true about Pat Benetar then she would still be able to sing,actually her voice would be better now,!Than it was in her 20s! I'm 55.,and my voice is better now,than it was when I was in my 20s,So is Ann Wilson!because Ann Wilson& I sing the correct way!

I saw Ann opened for ZZTop this past weekend. Her voice is strong, hit the high notes, but didn’t live there. She closed with Zep’s Black Dog. Her Zepplin covers are astounding. Loved hearing those great Heart songs and a few of her new ones, edgy and strong.

I got to see Heart live just once. It was amazing. Ann still has one of the greatest voices in rock. Nancy is still a great guitarist.

I also just saw her in concert,here in san diego,it was the first time ive ever seen Her in concert,Ann Wilson,and her back-up band " Tripsitter" were fantastic!Ann Wilson is 73..and she still has got so much power in her voice!she's my favorite Female Vocalist!I actually am a singer to,and when I sing,I have alot of people tell me That I remind them of Ann Wilson,I have the same vocal range as Ann Wilson🎶🎸🎤🎵

She's terrific! One of the best performances I got to see was up at Red Rocks in 2009, they opened for Journey. There's very few good ones still left around but yea bands from those days that can still keep going... that's a gift to us all

I’ve been there to listen to it all from there being!! They broke down a lot of barriers being only a few women rockers . There bad Ass ladies! And are still Beautiful Ladies. I had that dark hair and had my hair like Ann’s ! Thank you for the wonderful memories ❤⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️

I will go a bit further than some of these reviews. First of all, the sisters are talented by far than most bands period! 2nd, Ann was the sexiest female singer of that error with the best voice of all of came before in rock or beyond. Pat Benatar is close but doesn't compare to Ann!

That’s so far off base. While I acknowledge similarities in the beat, it’s a relatively simple rhythm. The riffs from Barracuda are far more expanded on. Also, just as a mention, music sampling is totally commonplace, and, in this case, the two songs are so vastly different that any inherent similarities in the riffing sections are pretty much irrelevant.

@@jewelmayfield2381 I kind of, lol, met her behind the Newport in Columbus Ohio. Her and her solo band, including Howard Leese, stepped off the bus about 430pm. She was holding her baby she had recently adopted. I kept my distance and said "Hello Ann" She very apprehensivly said "hello" She went back on the bus and didn't come out for sound check. She went inside probably about 30 minutes before the show. I stood outside from before 430pm til the show started standing across the street. Trying to be respectful. There were a few young ladies standing on her side of the street and Ann's manager called the police to have them leave the area. The cop stayed in the area. We talked, he was a nice guy. He didn't know who Heart was. So when she came out, she asked him to come over to talk. I had been talking off and on to her road manager. When the manager saw Ann walk by me without signing, she came over and asked me for the record, she would ask Ann to sign it. At this point I was over it but she asked again. She said "Come back around after the show and I'll have it for you" and I did. I know some will think I'm being nitpicky. I acknowledge she had her newborn with her. I admit I was jealous she wanted to interact with the cop and not a respectful fan. I waited so long because I appreciate her song writing ability and in my opinion she is head and shoulders above any other female rock vocalist. Sorry so long, but I wanted to tell an accurate depiction. Almost every "rock star" I met behind the Newport were great experiences. Howard Leese was great, casually hanging out chatting with fans probably 30 minutes. Ann is still the greatest singer. I'm sure shes probably nicer now. But i ain't gonna try to find out! Sorry so long.

I’ve had more pleasant experiences than bad thank goodness. One of the nicest people I’ve met was actually Jay-Z who I thought wouldn’t be lol and Leor Cohen! Both really nice guys and I could tell that Jay-Z respects his fans as the way I met him was knowing every song of his word for word and he noticed! Ann Wilson is definitely a wonderful songwriter and her voice is amazing! It’s too bad to hear she wasn’t the nicest but in her defense, no woman is nice to anyone while dealing with a newborn! Maybe the cop flirted and it made her day. Thanks for the reply!

Slash, Mick Jones Foreigner and Bruce Hall REO were probably the nicest 3 people I have met. Mick signed a guitar pick with a SHARPIE! And asked the kid if he had another pic he could sign. Wasn't happy with his signature. Talk about going above and beyond. The kid had a few pics so Mick happily signed one for me too. Rod Stewart handed me a can of beer from the stage. You and I should write a book together. 😆 🤣 I have several set lists too. Did Jay Z arrange a pass for you after the show?
