Just a tip most Filipino dishes are meant to be eaten with rice. If you’re not sure how to eat a dish just ask away. I’m saying this because some dishes are better with a certain sauce. Anyway enjoy your stay!

Enjoyed watching you two eat your away around Manila. Something was missing from your meals that were fried though. RICE OR GARLIC RICE. The rice would help you deal with the fattiness of the fried meat/ pork. Your stomach wouldn't feel so heavy. Dipping into the vinegar too.

You should try pampanga sisig, and fyi, gizzards are really chewy no matter how you cook it. Tumbong is the rectum which is really really fatty. I saw baboy( pork) was your favorite and I saw manok was next. Hey, I should be your tour guide lol
