Compression is part of cpr, its difficult to give compression on a car seat because car seats are soft, u neet a hard surface like strecher or hospital beds or plain surface to give compression. Even if the doctor was present inside the car he could have done nothing because. To manage a heart attack u need a team of professionals and the medication needed to manage the patient.

Leaving patient without anything after giddiness leads to death....which is best keeping patient in presence or swnding patient without life support......think.
