सर मी दररोज 8 किमी चालणे व धावणे व्यायाम करतो.मला 20 सप्टेंबर ला सकाळीच पळताना अचानक चक्कर आली त्यामुळे मी खाली बसलो.छातीच्या मधोमध खूप दुखायला लागले.घाम आला.शरीर थरथर कापू लागले होते.श्वास बंद पडल्यासारखे झाले.दोन तास काहीच सुचत नव्हते.दवाखान्यात गेल्यावर माझा ECG, BP, Pulse rate, oxygen खूपच नॉर्मल होता.परंतु डॉक्टरांनी मला हृदय तज्ज्ञाला दाखवण्यास सांगितले.2D व TMT मधून काय झाले ते समजेल असे म्हणाले. माझा प्रश्न हा आहे की,मला हार्ट अटॅक आला होता का????माझा डावा हात किंवा डावा भागही दुखत नव्हता.परंतु मी जगेल असे वाटत नव्हते. मी महिन्यातून 4ते 5 वेळा ड्रिंक करतो.तंबाखू,मावा सिगारेट असे व्यसन करीत नाही.मात्र मला टेन्शन व धावपळ खूप असते.कृपया सांगा.
