Great video. Love the vivid colors. It looks like you did the same outline and flood consistency which the hubs and I haven't tried yet but would greatly help us portion out our icing. We've watched your consistency video many times for guidance. I love the polka dots because it's a pretty easy design for beginners and want to try and practice the line dragging technique to make that "v" design , not sure what it's called.

This is my second of your wonderful classes. The first was round cookies which baked up perfectly. These hearts were not flat. They curved down at the edges. Thoughts?
