With so little old footage out there, nobody ever noticed that Nancy obviously had breast augmentation at some point before the 80s. Heart will always be in my Top 10, but this older footage is so exciting! (except, of course, for the stylist who dressed the bass player!)

No, Nancy didn't have breast surgery. In those 80s videos they pushed her breasts up to make them look bigger. She never has been been big breasted.
