I am Tejinder Pal Singh from India (CHF patient )..... I am doing exercises and bodybuilding from last 10 years.... I am having normal BP, no diabetic, no kidney problems, no lungs problems.... everything is fine fit n healthy..... very active.... but last month I felt shortness of breath..... when I done Echo test.... I am come with CHF with Ejection Fraction of 25% only..... even doctors don’t have any idea how EF comes low...... They have installed ICD also..... now I am feeling good, I reduced salt.... and don’t drink fluid more than 1.5 litres a day..... and continuing my medication.....!!!!! can you kindly tell what is the reason behind my CHF...... and will it be recovered??? On 14th October my EF was 25% and I have gone through Echo test on 31st October on same hospital echo machine , EF comes to 29%.
