I came to say the same thing. Such a soothing voice, I tend to be easily overstimulated though, especially if I'm already having trouble sleeping, so the no-talking sessions are absolute treasures to me.

Thank you for no talking video. My brain has been inflamed from information overload and decision fatigue. I have to slow down and meditate the things I hear and think to keep my headaches from raging all day. It feels debilitating. I hope working in the heart space with this video provides some relief. The bit of the video with the small rose quartz wand and the kalimba, and the tiny almoat inaudible tongue clicks... I felt my inner child relax for the first time ever. It made me feel like a tiny toddler again. Before I had experienced loss and grief for the first time. I really need an inner child connection type video with that in it.

My body jerked and twitched a few times but the rose crushing with the gloves and just the way you did it! Wow, who knew. The first set of chimes awoke my inner light and made it feel and shine brighter. The brushing with those dried leaves seemed to remove specks from my field! The chimes with the crystal hit my heart hard, and the bowl just put my in harmony. I love your use of sounds! I sometimes search for your previous videos with your tuning forks… so awesome!!!
