What is crazy is this dude plays and sings like it’s walking, no effort, no sweat it’s just so cool! ❤❤❤❤ Geoff the bass player lives in our town and works at the local music shop! When I first met him he introduced himself as Geoff and I told him he looked familiar and he told me he played bass for southern sons, my immediate response was “oh my effing god! You know Jack Jones??” 😂😂😂 the eye roll was classic and he laughs, leans in and said “you do know his name is really Irwin?” I snapped back quick as shit yes! And I couldn’t care less if his name was arsehole! I’d still love him! And he cracked up and said “OH I KNOW!😂😂😂”

Give me a live band over a studio recording anytime, 30yrs on, I liked the band back then, I like it better now. especially when the crowd becomes a part of it. What a great night that would have been. I wonder whether there will be another upcoming reunion once this pandemic is safe to regroup again, as Coast FM W/bool plays this song quite regularly over the wireless. Looking and sounding great fellas.☮
