@thestellarguitarist9 ай бұрын
Hey Richard 😊 you can play all the strings on the Em7 chord. But I would only focus on strumming on 5 strings so that the bass note can ring out after you have plucked it at the start of the riff.

Hi Amber. I joined your academy course and love it. Are you doing 2 or 4 down strums on the Em, c, d, g and what's the speed on the metronome?

Hello Martin, this is a wonderful message to receive I am thrilled to hear that you are loving the Academy 🌟🙏 I am playing 4 down strums in Heart of Gold (if you go to 7 min 12 seconds you can watch how I am doing this). And the metronome speed for heart of gold is 86bpm. I do the strum along a fraction slower than that because I want to make the song more accessible for beginners. 😊

@@thestellarguitarist Hi Amber me again. In the harmonic solo its writing | Em C | D G | does that mean its Em and C for one bar ( 2 strums Em and 2 strums C ) ? Also I can't see you play 4 down strums of the first Em when you move from the Riff to the verse | Em7 | D Em7 | I want to live [ C ] [ D ]

Hi , I’m considering joining but want to know is there a list of songs on the course that you teach? How many are there??
@thestellarguitarist9 ай бұрын
Hi John! That’s so awesome 🤩 🎸 I teach songs from the public domain inside the course. This is due to strict copyright laws. However, throughout the course, I add links to my KZbin videos, depending on the level of content we are learning in that specific module. The course helps students work on a lot of guitar techniques, ensuring that when you complete the course, you feel confident and much more skilled to readily tackle songs with musical understanding.
