Heart Stitch Crochet Tutorial

This is a tutorial for the Heart Stitch, a cute embellishment you can add to your next project! In this tutorial I go over 4 different variations of the stitch.

I’m following the 4 row repeat using the double crochet method but my heart rows are not popping out on the same side of the blanket. Is this because I’m using the double crochets rather than the singles on the row following the heart row?

Your heart rows should be worked on the same side of our work if you’re following a 4-row repeat so it’s possible your double crochets are too loose and causing it not to pop as much.
