This is the best chant in all of the chants of you tube!!! I listen to it every night ( actually it’s early morning like 4 am) I have trouble sleeping the whole 7 to 8 hours so this calms me immensely, thanks Lama❤️

Me too, same exact sleep problems WITH SAME EXACT SOLUTION. ☺😇 This must be one of those problems which accidentally leads to a great benefit, though "Never Able To Sleep Past Wee Hours" may not have been our favorite method for arriving to that benefit.
