I think those homes in Florida should all be big since they don't have basements I love the house the only thing I don't like is the pool too close to the house

Don't understand how people are so impressed just because a home is 5000ish sq ft. Both masters have small closet for a home this size... Kitchen has no pantry, and the layout is horrible - no fridge-cooktop-counter triangle that is essential for efficient cooking (which is the only reason to have a kitchen that big).

Hi Steve.....thanks for watching. It's OK if the home doesn't meet your needs....but having been inside this home I think it has a lot to offer. There is always a family perfect for every home, and a home perfect for every family. I did have a family build this home and they LOVE it.....so maybe we'll come across a home that impresses you as much as this Del Rio impressed them. Thanks for watching! :)
