Aaron, please do a video for those of us recovering from early and recent trauma who have no friends or family at this point in time and are in danger of becoming the dreaded word,“ shut in” as you’d be helping a lot of people. Thank you💔 by the way, 60 really is the new 40 so no ageism please. Some of us will be making love to the day we die❤

This video really resonated me. After personally going through a breakup in January I’ve had to really learn the meaning behind if it’s meant to be then it will be. Everything is neutral with no built in meaning besides the meaning we give it. Sometimes you love someone and unfortunately it just does not work. Sometimes it does work. But the important thing we have to remember is to keep moving forward because life is a journey. Let go. And as Aaron pointed out, keep going until your heart breaks open. Thank you for this 🙏🏽

I needed this message. I've been struggling to let go of a woman I recently dated. I told myself all kinds of stories about her and the energy really was familiar from a couple different aspects from childhood. I also found this woman after I had put all sorts of energy and work into myself. I thought I finally found something that could turn into love, then she left out of the blue. I felt like all the work I did was for naught and that I was still broken and unworthy. But it's her stuff, not mine. The key to healing all of this is reclaiming my own energy and being vulnerable until I find the thing that works.

It's so difficult to forget all the dreams and plans you had together! Everytime I am trying to feel better someone from relatives or friends try to ask me something about him and I feel like I want to scream loud and cry and all those pains refresh again! I wish all friends and relatives of people who had break up, understand them and just stop talking about the breakup repetitively or asking about your ex!!!!
@dwittlief7 ай бұрын
I'm going through this now. Exactly the same from the male perspective. I went through an unexpected hard breakup recently and those dreams and plans we talked about keep randomly making appearances in my head and they knock the wind out of you. I think this is one of the most difficult parts to deal with.
@dejavous_diaries7 ай бұрын
Hey Man, I feel you, it's so hard but you'll make it, if you don't contact her either you will reconnect or you will be healed. The feelings have not completely disappeared in my case after almost 6 months but I don't have nightmares anymore and even talks of my friends and relatives about not bothering me anymore. I wanted him to come back and I made the mistake of contacting him several times. Although it's difficult, I recommend you to keep calm, do sports, and try to focus on your routine! And the best is to not talk about it with others. Talking to others about it especially in the first months, is like an open wound and talking makes it difficult to be healed!
@dwittlief7 ай бұрын
@@dejavous_diaries Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I'm surprised by how long the distress is hanging around. I reached out a couple times and although she responded I regret it. Sticking to it this time and good to know about not talking about it. I usually do not feel better afterwards.
@dejavous_diaries7 ай бұрын
By not reaching out I don't mean that one of you is good or bad, it just means that when you calm down and you give time to each other, everything gets more clear, and if you want to talk to each other after a period you can do it in a better way. Anyway, no problem, I'm just good at giving advice and in reality, I couldn't stop contacting him, and I just pushed him away 😅

What I really wanna figure out is what you’re supposed to do when your ex, who you still love, keeps texting you and keeping you on a hook. It’s like you don’t wanna ignore them… but engaging feels like manipulation because they’re just unsure of their own emotions and keeping you as an option.

How to let go and move on 100% after a relationship with a narcissist? When he was with me he was always into other women !always! texting them secretly doing things behind my back . Now everything’s over we blocked each other he still sometimes stalks me on fake accounts but it doesn’t matter it’s over. Now I’m trying to focus on myself love myself stop comparing myself to others…I even did a bad list about him to remind myself how he hurted me..just doing me. Unfortunately I can’t afford therapy! But I’ve been to break ups before it’s way way harder it’s been 4 months and still I have very difficult painful moments thinking about how he doesn’t even care and how he’s just living his best life with other females (even my friends or girls that I know) I don’t know if he’s doing this to hurt me . Anyone have advice? I thought I manifested my partner I wanted. They fit my list but then changed and became awful. But my story was so strong that they were my manifestation since they showed up exactly when I wanted a partner for an event to go to and spend summer with exactly when I said my relationship partner wanted story. So knew it was a manifestation of that. So it's hard to let that person then go when they So closely fit all I wanted. Yet also had those few things that didn't fit that were enough to end it. Also many times like that one..I think highly of myself overall to date so it confuses me when my partner I manifested doesn't see the greatness I am and could be or does then doesn't anymore. It's like how can you let me go I'm willing to work on things want to do everything with you. Trips dates and adventures I've shown them love and care and always been there ...so if I think highly of myself how can't they? And why does a manifestation seem perfect then in a month turn bad
@_.A77772 жыл бұрын
Good question. I believe, as Aaron stated, that it has something to do with possibly a childhood trauma/ energy that sits on your back burner that has never really been dealt with or addressed or allowed to come up & let out. You're still calling the same energy to yourself. Take back your energy like he says, & pour it back into yourself instead of anyone external. Don't be the chaser. Be the chasee instead. I wish I could offer more words of encouragement as I do understand your situation for being in a similar one myself. I wonder if, during manifestation, you can also include that which you don't want in a partner. Could that be a minor detail that was possibly left out? As I've already stated, good question. Wishing you a better outcome and sending you love 💜💕
@ItsAllWavyBaby2 жыл бұрын
I literally manifested the love of my life, spent 5 years together before it all went to shit lol. This is a similar question I kept ruminating over. Why would my manifestation go sour? I included everything in the manifestation that I thought would introduce me to my ideal partner. It worked for some time because everyone thought we were going to stay together forever. The only thing I could come up with are since we have free will my ex chose to take w different path. One that led to us ultimately breaking up and the worse heartbreak of my life. I imagine that after we fully heal, when we manifest the next partner the love will be next level and rooted in truth. I’m an optimist. My ex manifested so quickly, however, he and I were both wounded. We hadn’t dealt with our wounds. But the manifestation was so strong and we do have free will, so our whirlwind romance was a result of magnetism but wasn’t firmly rooted to stand the rest of time.
