Great video, love seeing the athletes compete. Unfortunately, handstand walking literally has nothing to do with fitness. Sad that CrossFit still pushes this crap. They must hate money as all these weird events just drive away mainstream viewers. Less than 1% of the world does gymnastics so it makes sense that CrossFit just cannot get out of it’s own way.

Brooke may be one of the most disappointing CF athletes given her potential and well roundedness. She should/could have been on the podium years ago. She still seems very immature, so i doubt she gets there.
