This is old yes i been using it in pve and it also work with adrenaline rush u can test it at the range build your heart breaker stack damage all blue armor put on adrenaline rush let it build now take off that back pack to see prove the armor is still there but in real game just keep the backpack on i dont use this no more so i dont care if they fix
