Idk if this is for me, but what I learned from my experience and... Experience of others that I ruined their life... Is that they should start focus on them selves. Not that they should stop... Idk loving the person, but until it is possible, it is bull to expence the energy on it... Yes, they can fantasize and stuff why not. But until it is possible, Until they see that opening, they should preserve that energy. Art of hunting like a cat or raptor, not like... T-rex... You need your object to come close enough. I could use to hunt like t rex, we should learn from each other, it is ok... It is ok... If they don't want to give up, it is ok too, just not burn energy that is scars on it... They know what to do when they want possitive stuff from the energy.
