Drugging people can be dangerous because of health reasons and if Poppy drugged Finn , it could have become deadly, just as Luna drugged Tom and Hollis, and it caused them to lose their life, that's a criminal offense and Finn might have felt strange the next day but didn't know why, now he's thinking back to stranger times in his life, and its probably becoming a scary thought to him, but if Poppy didn't drug him and he remembers being with Poppy, he probably is curious about the possibility of being Luna's father, either way, drugged or not, Steffy wont accept Luna, she didn't accept Sheila and she caused Sheila to spiral out of control, but Luna freaked out because of fear, and her fear pushed her over the edge where she thought killing would solve her problems, now her problems have become Bill problems, there is accountability for what he has done, no matter what his reasons were, Luna was probably not the only inmate getting jumped, he should have used his money to help get better security or get her moved to a better place, but in places like prison, sooner or later anyone thats gonna be around a long time becomes a mark, because they live like animals in prison, 😮
