Study the Bible in One Year: Day 110 Psalms 121, 123-125, 128-130

I started following this bible study a few weeks ago, but I haven't even read 7 days yet. One night I was having a really bad day at work & a very poor attitude. I did not like myself. So when I came home I felt it was a good idea to do some Bible study to get my mind right. The 1 at video to pop up just happened to be this one, day 110. Remind you I haven't made it past 7 days yet. I felt God wanted me to see this message for some reason. Then you said if you are new here don't feel like you have to go back & catch up & you believe God meets us where we are. I swear it was as if you were talking directly to me. The next day before work I prayed over my thoughts & help me to keep my eyes toward God. When things bothered me I decided to pray about it & put it in God's hands. I swear not even 5 mins later I could see a change around me! Thank you for your Bible study, I am grateful to learn & grow in faith.

Wow, this is powerful. I've been doubting myself lately if I am being a good enough mother for my 4yo. Social media has definitely given mothers all the impossible expectations and societal "norms". But after today, I realized that nurturing my son and holding his hand as he walks in the Lord is enough. Lord I pray that you renew my strength and faith every day so I become an effective planter who will cultivate my son so he can grow up like an olive tree.

Yes! When I came back to God in 2021 I had nightmares a lot. They were always horrendous things happening to my children. I would wake up just soaked in sweat and sobbing. It got so bad that I stayed awake for almost 3 full days because I was terrified to go to sleep. I had a friend who was such a strong prayer warrior. I reached out to her and she met up with me. She prayed over me and gifted me some anointing oil. Then used that to pray over my home. Every door and window. The nightmares stopped. I pray out loud often with and without my children at night to have Gods protection around us while we rest.

You know that is funny that you mentioned right in the beginning about saying (just like David) ....I literally was having a conversation with my daughter about her son after meeting with his daycare and finding out what they do in the daycare.....our conversation started with how i have been studying the word in bible study and how i have found peace coming to God every morning...but in our conversation i found myself referring to David and how he found strength in God in situations and when he may have walked away but came back to his faith....my daughter says (i remember that story from school or church) but she remembered it. My daughter is 34 and we have not been active in the church for years but she remembered!!! that was huge to me for since i have been back in the word and found a peace...I have been praying for my family to come back to God and Back together...The devil is and has been working his hand in a lot of families since 2020 and ours is no exception...we have all been divided and not just the immediate but my brothers and sisters in the family...Prayer is needed to break the strong hold that the devil has been working on my siblings...God is great and i am praying in wait till he works his Miracle in our lives...and trust me it will be a miracle...WHEN HE DOES, You will Hear me shout Hallelujah Praise Jesús from Canada!

two yrs ago my Husband had two heart attacks and it wasn't looking good (he was in the hospital for a month; three wks of that he was unconscious) his aunt and brother were coming for our house and everything. I knelt down and prayed for God` help and He had mercy and helped us/me. I truly seen His hand and cont to everyday. Praise God for His mercy He gives. (Since then we have legal paperwork, and his aunt has stop talking to us bc he put everything under a survivorship and they cant touch anything).

When I first started praying humbly man did God show up. And so did the evil. The first time I realized what was going on and that I was protected was I was jolted awake at 4ish in the morning and I heard clearly “PSALM 23”. I immediately without hesitation I grabbed my phone and read the psalm out loud twice. After that I was fine and went right back to sleep. I will never forget that night. Memorizing scripture so you can recite it when you are troubled is helpful. Will fill you head with the word of God until the evil flees. Won’t take long 😉✝️🙏🏻💪🏻

It's been a hard week. We've had forest fires out of control in our valley since Sunday. So many people have lost their homes so many others have been evacuated. We finally got some rain through the night. Praying it's enough to stop these fires in their tracks😢

Saw a cool thing: Psalm 120-122 = Genesis period Psalm 123-125 = Exodus period Psalm 126-128 = Leviticus period Psalm 129-131 = Numbers period Psalm 132-134 = Deuteronomy period In doing so, they offer a prophetic overview of those periods in time as well as the events of the last generation.

Wow!!! I just had this happen to me last night. I had an awful disturbing nightmare and was awoken from it! I asked God to reveal to me the meaning of it. I rarely have nightmares. Well, I just got my answer. I will be praying against the nightmares tonight! Praise God!

Psalm 130 ...i don't know if anyone else broke into song when you mentioned the light but i found myself singing (be in the light by DC Talk)...i remember so much of the music i used to listen to when i first gave my heart to Jesus....It is so true that the things you listen to, the things you read and set your eyes on will come back to us when needed! everyone...Google it if you do not know those christian singers..i don't know if the band is still going but back in the 80- 90's they were uplifting to this new christian and teenager!

I want to share what spoke to me watching this: Ps130:3-4 If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand? But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you. This reminded me of 1 Cor. 13:5 regarding love...it keeps no record of wrongs. God keeps no record of our sins. We are made to His likeness. Hence, when we TRULY love (friendships, relationships etc), we keep no record of wrong. Forgiveness is obtained through God

I always think of the scorn of those who are at ease means scorn from people who have a lot judging those who have little. Hence, if a rich woman has a baby out of wedlock and has family support of loved ones (a car, money, a nice place to live); she's treated much differently than a poor woman who struggles to buy pampers, catches the bus and may not have a family who can or want to help them regularly. I have no kids but have always felt poor women (especially Black or other minorities) are disrespected for financial distress when others are saved from it.

I would be attacked wee hours also especially if I listen to scriptures before bed. I knew that the devil was trying to creep in during my sleep! I would get up and recite Psalms 23. Or rebuke the devil away. I always tell my children Our Father gave us the authority to tell the devil to leave our situation and space!!
