Thank you for this old time radio Boston Blackie. In June l had my last older brother Steve died and my cat Lawrence died on my dad's birthday June 25 as my brother was buried the day before. All three loved old time radio shows. My cats always relaxed when playing these old time radio shows. The old time organ music with the great scripts with fantastic radio actors and actresses keep their attention. I find my them very relaxing after a long day. What does it mean when they say a program is "transcribed" in Hollywood? That's not something I've heard before I started listening to old radio.

Transcribed was just a fancy industry way of saying the show was pre-recorded vs. being live. Thanks for tuning in to our transcribed programing! 🙂

You always reply to us or post a like. Also, why do they say (paraphrasing) That no characters, names etc are taken from real life & are strictly for the show. Ha! Thats the worst paraphrasing.
