It's because of the Illydan ("Whenever you play a card" effects take place before battlecries; example: Violet Teacher or Wicked Witchdoctor) + Knife Juggler interaction. Play a card (Jaraxxus) -> Illydan summons that little fire before Jaraxxus's battlecry -> Knife Jugglers go off when the fire is summoned (jaraxxus still hasn't used his battlecry) -> Sylvanas is killed and takes jaraxxus (super lucky) -> Jaraxxus finally finishes using his battlecry, but he's your opponent's minion now, so your opponent becomes jaraxxus. I hope this explains it. :3

its because LJ hits the board first and activates its battlecry. which means it is on the board b4 killing ur hero. the steal happens b4 the battlecry even activated

Oh wow, that Maly Druid OTK is super legit actually, 5 Card combo for 34 Damage with just one Emperor tick, and it's 46 damage with the other Living Roots. Prince Taldaram opens up so many more combos as it's essentially just a Faceless Manipulator but 2 mana less.

Pretty standard of trackers tbh. They just keep track of what your opponent has played or generated (it would tell you they're holding a fire elemental if they just played fire fly for example).

Ian Kearney he discarded the fists of jaraxxus in his hand with death wing but the malygos spell damage remained, since death wing killed all the enemy minions, the fist of jar axis could only hit the face.

These decks would not win that much, if anything you're at quite a disadvantage having to collect the combo pieces and if you get lucky then you can perform said combo. A lot of the time you get killed before you can even do the OTK. The video just highlights some of the crazy ones that can be done.

Some of these aren't OTKs. They had a minion before hand that dealt the last damage, or dealt less then 30. They are still awesome plays, but then you could call killing the enemy while he is at 1 health is an OTK.

Hmmm, perhaps you Hearthstone experts out there could fill me in on what you think of this idea. Fatigue C'thun Warrior? With dead mans hand and all those new armor cards you can get pretty far into the late game and because of dead mans hand you could play c'thun over and over again. Not only that, but you could also use the 10 armor minions over and over again. Just a thought.

Hali Huang Fist of Jarraxus. 4 mana when you play or discard this card deal 4 damage to a random enemy. Deathwing destroyed all enemy minions, leaving the enemy face as the only available target. I'm not quite sure how the spell damage had it's effect tho. It wasn't an otk tho. Only 28 damage.

Atiesh with a 9 cost spell, dirty rat to pull it, summon a random demon (e.g. bane of doom), somehow playing free from amber, Krul the Unshackled with it in hand, buffing it to 5+ attack then pulling it with Giant Anaconda, Meat Wagon with 3+ attack, Deathlord (wild), Alarm-o-bot, Army of the dead (death knight card), Madam Goya. Y'shaarj, Voidcaller (wild), Varian Wrynn (wild - hard to do), Devolve a 10 mana minion, Evolve an 8 mana minion, Shaman death knight a 7 mana minion (or hero power an 8 mana), Mindgames, Effigy when a 9 mana minion dies, Mirror entity will give you the minion... I must be missing a few but eh you get the idea. Also ones like free from amber would have to be played by a Warlock, not say a priest.

Well, fair point - however I do not think he was actually asking how to play Jaraxxus without becoming him and he was asking how to summon him. The far more intuitive question to ask based off the video is indeed how did Jaraxxus end up on the board, hence how can he be played/summoned without changing your hero. For completeness' sake, how to *play* Jaraxxus without becoming him: The Deathrattle of Sylvanas Windrunner can steal the Lord Jaraxxus minion before its Battlecry is triggered, causing the other player to become Jaraxxus. Alternatively, the Deathrattle of Abomination, Explosive Sheep and similar minions can destroy the Lord Jaraxxus minion before it can replace the player's hero. There are of course other scenarios with slight variations. Note, Swamp King Dred does not attack at all.

since when does the use of emperor negate the otk part? you are right - a lot of them aren't otk's cause they do less than 30 but using emperor has nothing to do with that. As long as you can deal lethal dmg, in a singlle turn, to a full-life opponent it's called otk
