The ultimate value Innervate: spend 5 mana to gain 2 mana this turn

Can someone explain to me why he doesn't play Double Giant Anaconda? He generally has enough large minions in his hard for it and it gives you an insane tempo swing. Everyone other than Kibler uses them e.g. Savjz.

You could use another Ancient of War, or Bog Creepers (big Y'Shaarj and Anaconda synergy). I'd say they're definitely better than Cairne.

The only bad thing about Kibler plays that he loves The Coin too much. play 3/5 on turn 2 is much more valuable then having a coin.

Lol yea compared to the warrior version, 1 mana deal 30 damage to a minion. I feel like people just shit on druid for no reason. God forbid the class with terrible removal and 0 single target removal have some survivability

That was such an easy game I feel like.. u could've just coin + wild growth and just own him with strong curve
@eddy86587 жыл бұрын
Turn 3 tar creeper against token shaman is insanely strong, then u had scout for 4 and ysera for 5
@lucascalzolari3707 жыл бұрын
He would not have a ysera for 5, since with your decision he would have got starfall for 5 (For drawing ysera he would have to w8 on extra turn as he did). That if we assume the deck is on same order, if its not, then we can not know what would have happened.
@Elendrial7 жыл бұрын
But he didn't know what he'd get from the scout - if he'd got something bad (eg: scales, innervate etc) then he'd have had no turn 5 play, and on turn 1 he also didn't know he'd draw Cairn, so no guaranteed play on turn 6. This means that potentially he would have nothing to play on turns 5, 6 and 7, which would probably result in an instant loss, so in order to increase the chance of him being able to play something on those turns he kept the coin, which at the very least allows him to drop Drake 1 turn earlier which could be (and was) crucial to him not dying to Bloodlust. So yes, if he had done what you suggest he would have almost certainly won with ease, however, if he made that play every time he could, it would probably cause him to loose more often than not.
@lucascalzolari3707 жыл бұрын
Considering that the first comment used info that he did not have at the moment, i agree with this guys explanation.
@eddy86587 жыл бұрын
u are kind of right, but the chance he'd get an unplayable card from scout is miserable since everything but innervates or scales is playable on turn 5. I still think that coin + wild growth play wins more games on average. Nevertheless we would have not gotten a fun game to watch so im not here to complain :D

There is never any reason not to coin wild growth, it basically gives you a coin for EVERY TURN until you get to 10 mana
@jacobnorris82567 жыл бұрын
What's better than a coin every turn? A coin every turn plus another coin. One play gives you an empty mana crystal and a coin, the other gives an empty mana crystal without losing turn 2.
@midn85887 жыл бұрын
If you believe the matchup is going to go super late and/or you're playing yogg druid.
@bmkibler7 жыл бұрын
+Jacqueline this is completely wrong. If you save the coin and wild growth on turn two, you can - for instance - play a six drop on turn four, rather than just being one mana ahead

Save coin for later, while coin wild growth is a permanent coin...? I don't get it. He doesn't even have something in his deck that synergizes with the coin. Explain DansGame
@just.Athena7 жыл бұрын
Because he had no need to coin Wild Growth. Saving the coin instead of using it when you don't need to makes a lot of sense. Using Wild Growth on 2 instead of Coin Wild Growth on 1 means that he not only has 1 mana more than his opponent but that he *still* has the coin to use as well.
@waterzoip7 жыл бұрын
but wild growth is a permanent coin
@Meursy7 жыл бұрын
Coining out Wild Growth on turn 1 is not a "permanent" coin vs playing it naturally on 2, because by the start of turn 3 you have the same amount of total mana available with either option, except by waiting to play it naturally on 2 you also retain the coin. The main advantage of coining Wild Growth on turn 1 therefore is that you can spend mana on other things on turn 2, but not that you have effectively earned a "permanent" coin compared to not coining it out.
