+Ryan Ianaro The problem is that summoning stone gives a minion based on the spells current cost not it's original cost. So you can't combine it with things like prep or emperor if you want to get those big minions. Which in turn means the card isn't very useful since it just all costs too much mana. You aren't able to do any fancy combos and summon alot of big minions. Summoning stone could in theory be good if it stays alive for a long time and you just keep getting value out of it like a murloc knight with your mid sized spells but rogue doesn't even play the long game very well.

Rogue is a very tempo oriented class, all of their spells are so cheap it isnt worth to play stone
