Reno's effect isn't negated by aoe board clears while Spreading Plague's is. If you play Spreading Plague you can still be killed by spell damage to the face or by a Mass Dispel, whereas Reno removes these risks.

I have no life so here's a play by play of what could have happened. Azalina Valeera Pray to RNGesus that the 4/4 hits Ziliax in hand Next turn Kibler takes 9 from fatigue, kills board* Next turn Zilliax (free) Zilliax (shadow, 5 mana) Kill the 5/2 Shadowstep > Zilliax (2 mana) Kill the 7/6 Total life currently: 21 Next turn Kibler takes 10 from fatigue Kibler uses Zilliax Zilliax to trade them off (opponent goes to 24, Kibler gains 6 HP) Kibler puts opponent to 6 Next turn Opponent goes to 5 from fatigue. Plays double blink fox. ???? Next turn Kibler takes 11 from fatigue. Lives with 7 HP. If the opponent got eviscerate, they win with prep > evis > evis. If not, Kibler wins. chogpamp *If Kibler plays Strider here, he wins in every scenario.

I love espionage yesterday i got the most insane game i ever had. A frost lich jaina with 2x tess a shudderwok and 2x espionage. I had a 60 card deck with cards that cost only 1 mana.

I played a game into Paladin yesterday where i got THREE Uther DK cards that all cost one mana.... and then i played tess which recast all my espionage's and sprinted twice and drew me a billion 1 cost pally cards. This deck is the most fun I've had in hearthstone ever.

you ain't wrong warrior lost the controle role 2 or 3 expansions ago deadmans hand can't keep up with 6 boards filled with lichkings and infinity amount of water elementals and renos disgused as baron geddon also an infinty amount of voidlords and my bane of existence rynn even hunter can outlast a controle warrior but aggro warrior is still dead (atleast one good thing just kill aggro mage aswell and zoolock and dudeadin)

Juan Ferreira i imagine for the tempo. Espionage and the risk of drawing poorly hurts it a lot. Plus cant guarantee you buff the weapon that make it worth the trouble.

Cutting the weapon and deadly poisons made space for new cards. Since Zilliax heals plus both augmented elekk and academic espionage help with fatigue the lifesteal doesnt become as vital.

It just doesn't work in a deck with espionage, since espionage requires you to run a lot of actual card draw, which means cutting pickpocket for sprint. I had a list with blink fox, hallucination, the weapon package, espionage, and sprints but it just didn't perform as well as a version that cut the weapon package for giggling inventors and zilliax.

I had a very similar deck that took me from 11-5. academic espionage, sprint and faldorei carried a lot of games. I put that package with a keleseth tempo rogue and it beat a good majority of decks. It was fast enough to beat combo and aggro sometimes and academic espionage, sprint, and strider out-valued control. It was also very fun.

If you have enough draw, is pretty nice, but not OP. If you look at class cards, most of them are low cost, so a bunch of draws will be kinda bad

I've been playing this deck and is very slow and very RNG dependent. Aggro kills you before you see your first AE card, and sometimes is a random vanilla card.

alexptm29 Druid seems to be the best opponent to AE, since it's the class with the most top-heavy class hard roster AND flexibility on many of those cards.

its fun to face warrior they ain't that tempo heavy and if you get a bit lucky you will out armor them i kinda feel bad for warrior when i started warriors would sit at 60 armor and be like well let the fatiuge decide then suddenly druids had 70armor after 3 turns of armoring up and i even saw a hillarious hunter who just ramped up to 250 armor (rank 23 or so it was funny) even mages can bump armor like crazy and now roughs aswell as soon as a priest becomes ragnaros has 40 hp and 60 armor you know that wild is the child betwwen tavernbrawl and ranked

if you should ever get a turn 3 elek into turn 4 espinage and have mor than 25 hp at turn 5 you'r guranteed to win unless togwaggle druid gets his combo or any otk happens (they seem to die thanks to warlock)
