idk how the meta is now since haven't played this xpac, but recently this happens a lot to standard. sif mage was a memeish casino deck with sif as a plan b wincon initially, but now it got meta to the point its getting nerfed

Really need to try this list out, it's much more comprehensive and interesting than what HS replay provides for Reno Priest. Also, big lists make me happy, really hope they keep the Prince in the core set after rotation Edit: uhm, mr Kibler, the deck list in the description is wrong, the one you provided seems to be for a thief rogue type of deal

No? Highlander decks have always had an incredibly high legendary count. The deck the opponent is playing only runs like 4, which is about average for a deck. And has been the average forever. Only aggro decks tend to run less or roughly the same amount. Treant Druid doesn't even run a single legendary and its the best aggro deck in the game right now, its also the cheapest top meta deck in the games history I think.
