It's funny how you could build a 29 card face deck, put the DK in and it will be able to make you win the long control game in the case that you didn't manage to kill your opponent in the first 5 turns.

Quick question - i am playing with some alternation of the deck, what do you think is more consistent 1x auctioneer + 1x sprint or double sprint? I feel that when the deck fails on draw, it cannot get enough tempo to grind back vs board oriented decks with those 1-cost cards, sometimes the auctioneer is sweet if you combo a lot of cheap spells from espionage etc, but feels kinda inconsistent, so i was wonder if i should put 2nd sprint back instead.

I thought of a reason, but it is very niche. In the off-chance he got something like spirit lash on the Lyra card, he wouldn't want the elemental to die to the 1 damage. That's literally all I can think of though.

Hi Kibler love the deck so much I built my own version, with sharks and face collector I even removed the sprints and preps because of overdraw. The deck just generates to much value since the majority of the cards replace themselves or +1s the hand what do you think of an agroo/mid-range version of the deck. Guys feel free to make your suggestions in the comment section.

It's common to misplay when you know you're going to win anyway. The priest wasnt in a very good spot and Kibler knew the priest was going to play Grave Horror the following turn anyway. A backstab on a 7/8 wasnt going to effect his chances at all

Will this deck be at all playable in wild after rotation? I’ve never gotten around to crafting the missing pieces for this, but it seems like a blast to play. But, since several cards will be rotating soon, I don’t want to craft things for this if it’s unplayable outside of standard.

The hunter one wasn't. There was a similar deck before Rastakhan came out but I don't remember it running DK Rexxar or explosive trap. Priest one played the whizbang deck but he didn't play it through whizbang (since he had golden hero but not all golden cards).

Probably because against Priest, the early turns don't matter as much, so he mulliganed looking for long-term value cards like Cutlass or Espionage.

I don't think it's worth it to spend vanish just to bounce back Lyra. Trading Lyra means getting rid of the radiant elemental and keeping board advantage, and it saves the vanish for a potentially bigger threat.

The best play is to reduce your opponent's health to zero. The most fun play is to bounce the Lyra after stealing it.
