van cleef is a high win condition against some decks (druid - hunter - mage), patches isn't too important. try mimic pod or sap... agent 7.

lorenzo bonora without DK Valeera you don't have the Giants pressure, which the deck is focused on.

lorenzo bonora any 1 mana spell, even a xearth. Better to play giants on curve. Xearth is also good Valeria is the DK rexxa of the deck. Helps out late game if you don't win mid game

Can anyone tell me, why patches when there are only 2 pirate cards in deck? Can I replace it with another card instead?

Wai Jun Hung Rogue has historically really lacked early game, and the pirate package helps it immensely in the early game.

I know if we get to draw Swash before patches it could help to create a strong early board, but the chances is too low I feel, the chance of drawing patches first b4 Swash is there.

Journey From Below, but the swashbucklers are still very good but that's the only card that can 'fill' that 'slot'. and you could just keep the swashbucklers and add a Journey and have pretty much the same thing or Shiv or... you get the point while patches in nice for the early agression and board presence he isn't nessesary
