Kripp was facing Shaman at 11-2 in Arena. Shaman kept pushing Kripp to 3 hp left. At that moment Shaman had no cards in hand, only a Heal Totem on board and Kripp had 4 minions. Kripp got greedy and kept SMOrcing. In the end Shaman drew Bloodlust and finished Kripp. That's what happened when you don't clear the board boyz. You're welcome.

14:25 Yo Kripp, you would have had lethal the following turn even if you attacked the totem. Sprint would have drawn you five cards because of auctioneer, and therefore you would have your entire deck drawn on the next turn with 3 mana left. You have 16 damage on board with opponent at 18, enabling you to either; a) Weapon up + Deadly poison for 19 damage (and take one damage for fatigue) b) SI:7 after sprint for exact lethal But, it's different situation when the rope is burning away, a bit more pressure, especially at final boss.

In the circumstance at the end where you went face with the auctioneer, you had six cards left in your deck. Your opponent was at 18 before the auction and next turn you would've had 16 on board. Deadly Poison and SI Agent, 2 of the cards left in your deck (which you could stick play after sprint) would've given you lethal. This means you could've had a very, VERY high chance of winning next turn without being greedy and possibly letting yourself die to minion buffs.

You have 16 on board. You have 1 Draw next turn + 5 draws from sprint meaning you draw 6 - your whole deck. Meaning Hero power into deadly = 19 DMG on board and you take 1 fatigue meaning it wouldnt work if he had flametongue and went face. still a better chance in my opinion

Kripp... if you killed the totem on your last turn, your opponent is at 18 and you're 2 damage short on board, BUT you have a draw 5 card in hand. You have 6 cards in your deck 2 of which deal 2 or more damage for 3 mana. You would have had lethal next turn regardless of killing the totem.

The main misplay was killing antique healbot instead of spectral knight using the tomb pillager and SI-7 agent. Needlessly greedy when you have card advantage and sprint. The 1 extra damage taken made the difference especially when shaman has so many ways of doing 3 damage.

By killing the healbot and keeping his tomb pillager alive, he had another minion that could attack next turn, which he used to kill the 1/1 totem, so he saved himself that 1 damage anyways.

At 14:26, there was no need to hit face instead of totem. You will guaranteed draw either SI7 (Sprint acts as combo) or Deadly Poison (with enough mana to dagger up), so you have 19-20 damage available to you. Him being at 14 or 18 only matters if he heals, gets a taunt or gets removal. The taunt totem is the greatest threat, so by killing the totem you reduce his chance of getting that particular totem.

after 15:38: kripp has sprint in hand and an auctioneer up, this means next turn he will draw five cards when playing sprint, with the draw at the beginning of the turn he will essentially draw his whole deck six cards are left in his deck, two of that six cards (deadly poison and si7) give him lethal damage, as long as his opponent doesnt draw heal/taunt or rolls the taunt totem. if kripp does the trade, his opponent remains at 18 life, kripp has 16 dmg on board and 3 dmg (draw deadly poison) from hand for a total of 19 (mana: 7 for sprint and 3 for hero power deadly poison=10) this means his opp needs do draw heal/taunt or roll the taunt totem for 25% probability ergo: kripp has to trade with the healing totem to minimize risks

(one of those woul've been drawn and he can play both) He had 16 dmg on the board which would secure him a victory - execpt for taunt totem/taunt in general or dmg to face.

At 14:40 you didn't actually have to go face with Auctioneer, he had 18 hp and you had 16 damage on board (+ 1 hero power). But you also had a sprint in hand and 2 lethal enablers in the deck, so you had 5/6 chance to draw either deadly poison (2 mana hero power + 1 mana) or S1 - 3 mana, both possible. Although with such luck your opponent drawing bloodlust you would've lost that 5/6 :D

By the way Kripp, I just want to mention that if you take a look at your deck tracker at the final moment, then you would know that you will get lethal unless the shaman rolls a taunt totem, since there's only 6 cards left in your deck, and you draw one per turn, sprint draws you 4 and auctioneer draws you one, you would end up drawing your whole deck which still allows you to weapon up and deadly poison go face which will deal 19 damage and lethal him. Anyway, great game, love the content.

I thing Kripp didn't mention was that most likely at the time shaman had 2 turns to get lethal. Therefore any buff (dark iron dwarf comes to mind, shattered sun cleric too) on the healing totem would make lethal on the next turn much more likely. And since it is easy to do now with limitless time, I did the math and Kripp had _0.6%_ change of drawing lethal there. Usually with more cards in deck it is actually less, so at low hp just clear. Kripp you know better than this.

Chance of 2 turn lethal (assuming opponent doesn't block it in any way such as by stoneclaw totem): 2/8 x 1/7 x 1/6 = 0.6%. Stoneclaw totem is 1/3 and other things can also block his 2 turn lethal so 0.3% - 0.4% of 2 turn lethal. 2nd decision to leave up totem was definitely wrong. With sprint in hand and either deadly poison of SI7 agent playable with the remaining 3 mana he was virtually guaranteed lethal next turn

I think the thing you overlooked at the end is you should've traded into the totem that time instead of going face. You had 16 damage on the board with him having 18 life left. Next turn you could've used sprint, which would have drawn 4 cards and given you a 4/7 chance of drawing deadly poison. That would have given you the exact amount of mana left to kill him and would have most likely resulted in a win.

First situation: This decision is only a better decision if you first make a 1/4 draw to get a spell, then a 1/7 draw to get the other spell, then a 1/6 draw to get the SI7. That's a 1/168 chance to shorten the game by one turn. Which means that on average you need to play around cards that can kill you over two turns, not just one. As such, you leave out the consideration that your opponent only needs to buff the totem by one attack to set up for a two damage lethal the turn afterwards. Which probably makes this... like, a fifty/fifty call on which play is better? Regardless, I think this play was fine, although I would personally have killed the totem, lost to a topdeck lightning bolt, and flipped the table. Second situation: This is interesting to me, because you choose to leave the totem up, when there's a 1/3 chance of drawing lethal even if you kill it. I don't think the play was necessarily bad, just inconsistent. Choosing to gamble on the 1/168, but not the 1/3. Of course, I will also acknowledge that if you'd done the mathematics on those probabilities in your head in the two minutes you had to think about them then I'd think you were a god. Hell, given how deeply you thought in to them, I'm still not convinced you're not a god.

FYI, you had the guaranteed draw of SI-7 and Deadly Poison with Sprint, either of those would give you lethal next turn despite the 4 dmg face attack That was a pretty big misplay
