Big Rogue is legit the most interesting deck in this expansion. Pity it only works in wild and you have to sell a kidney to have enough dust to create it.

Epicawsomesocks I didn't mean this as an insult to Kripp, I could infer he didn't know this deck just by the description he gave of the game. Thinking this is clever and not a netdeck means he definitely isn't wild familiar. Though a lot of variation can be made, the idea is ripped from the net and usually do the same thing; create numerous and constant big threats. The only one that is inventive and not just a rogue version of priest, us the one with The Darkness in it. That one is pretty fresh, I must say.

That's the funny thing, wild has access to WAY more powerful cards, so ideally no those decks will be stronger, but I guarantee you you'll have more fun.

Really wild is only good IF you're someone who's played since Naxx and has access to those expansions...otherwise trying to climb is going to be near impossible.

It's 100% netdecks in Wild too, you just have to climb the ranks a little bit. Most of the decks are also almost exactly like their Standard counterparts, such as Highlander Priest, Cubelock and Aggro Paladin.

Well ye, those are just competitive decks. The difference with standard is that those decks don't make up the entire meta, and you dont have to play vs those decks from rank 20 onward.

Yes, but it's still a netdeck. If you see a Paladin in Wild, you can be almost certain that it's that exact deck.

wild at those ranks is full of random decks when u start to climb its the same decks u face also the rogue low rolled that game Big Rogue is a genuine archtype in wild and is really strong by the looks of it he was running DaneHS's list

Been playing wild since the start. Favorite deck so far has been big priest with Stalagg/Feugan combo, Sylvannas and Ragnaros. The despair in your opponents eyes as you summon constant 11/11s is priceless.

Sure but more variety isn't a bad thing. Most people aren't great deck builders and probably couldn't come up with a deck good enough to climb ladder all on their own. At least wild gives you way more options to choose from.

I'm completely free to play and do my quests maybe once a week. I generally accumulate enough dust to make 1-3 of the top tier meta decks each xpac.

Gary you don't need more cards in wild than in standard if climbing ladder is your goal. Wild is more expensive in the short run but WAY cheaper in the long run. If you play standard you need a ton of cards from each expansion, but if you play wild you only need a small amount of the very best ones.

I think THE FACT that wild is less popular than standard is among the primary reasons as to why it is much more diverse. Less people learn how to take advantage of the game, and therefore its strategies are less rudimentary.

I almost exclusively play wild and have for a while. Even when you start to run into netdecks they are less dense and there are more options. There's rarely a big patch of the safe rank grinder decks.

Wild is definitely better than standard overall, but you do still run into the same trends of cubelocks and aggro paladins at the mid-level ranks. Those decks also have access to cards like Minibot and Mal'Ganis, upping their power level even further.

Wild used to be way more fun before the wild heroic brawl. I reached rank 5 with a non Reno handlock. Although it was pretty fun right before KaC where I reached rank 5 with a non otk malygos druid that I made because I wanted to play some older decks

I like wild as well way more than std, same in magic btw :D . If you play an highlander deck in wild you can refine much better what you wanna do. I tried an reno priest deck with a slight dragon flavor ( 10-15 dragon matters cards ). Only possible in wild since you just need enought playable dragons to do it.

It's not. I've got a very similar deck and i made it myself. I didn't look up online "Deathrattle wild rogue" I just took my wild deathrattle shell i use in shaman, and swapped out the class cards. instead of reincarnate and ancestral spirit, i use sonya and kobold illusionist. Throw in some gang ups and valeera and i fatigue people with a literal army of sludge belchers they can't break.

Dane doesn't play Cairne, though. But yeah, I get it, the general idea is the same. My point is just that there are differences here so it's not a 100% netdeck. After watching Dane play it I made a version quite similar but with my own variations on my own account.

I haven't played standard since the Druid nerfs since everyone ever said Singleton priest was the meta which I didn't want to play against and god has it been a great decision. Except all of wild is Jade Druid, Aggro Paladin, and other standard decks.

I've been playing a lot of wild this expansion because standard is too similar to what the KFT meta is. And yeah a lot of people do just play a standard deck but with like 2 or 3 wild cards in it. But generally those decks are easy to beat because the wild cards are better options and people who play those kind of decks don't really understand wild or know how to play around anything. So I'm not complaining I'll just take the free wins.

I would add that some people with standard decks might not have all the cards. If you are a long time player you can make many nasty combos in wild if you have the needed cards.

Last month I steamrolled Wild to rank 5 with Prince Zoolock, This month I struggle at rank 9 which is odd. I think there are more and more Tier 1 decks in lower ranks in Wild these days.

They might not but a lot of decks in wild aren't even using some really obvious commons. For example most secret mages I run into in wild don't use duplicate, even though it's far and away the best secret in that style of deck. It's possible they don't have the 80 dust but more likely they just don't realize how good it is because they've never used the card before.

I have been playing wild since Un'goro and i must say there are far more decks i faced then in standard such as Murloc shamy, N'zoth rogue, Malygos hunter, Taunt warrior etc etc. wich in standard there are small chances you will see thouse type of decks.Wild is more of a fun since you never know what are you going to play against.
