Oh wow your game ended with brann denathrius combo againts a druid. Thats is so fun and interractive.You should've played around 60+ damage combo with unlimited board control and card draw that summons minions.

Giving Druid the ability to summon Rush tokens was such a poor design choice. Historically, Druid has been balanced by the fact it has awful boardclear and spot removal. With Rush tokens, you get to do either with the same card, get to capitalise on Druid's ability to buff its board better than any other class (which, historically, was always balanced by the fact you needed board control first) and you get to activate Denathrius with ease. Between Scale and Flipper Friends Druid has such hyper-efficient tools for every job and redundancy to tutor them they've mostly stopped using Spreading Plague in Wild (!!) cause why generate 30+ health of taunt and stall up the board when you can swing it in your favour with a single spell.

Yeah, I have no idea how they justified that internally. It's like they just shrugged and said "eh, they get to make tokens, so I guess rush tokens are also fine" with everyone in the room somehow missing that this makes them mechanically far more efficient than spells that deal direct AoE or single target damage in almost every situation. Druid actually has better removal than basically every other class once you get out of the opening turns, while losing none of its existing advantages like ramp and insane card draw (both of which are also obviously power creeped to the moon).

Always thought it was a shame that such a control-oriented quest reward was paired with a typically aggro tribe I really wish they'd made the quest line a control tool instead of the final push of an aggro deck

The juggernaut should have been super ships cannon or pirate themed ragnaros (2 3damage shots for each pirate played or for each pirate at end of turn) type thing

Getting a weapon, 4 damage, and an aggressively-statted minion is not a "control-oriented quest reward"... that's as silly as saying Spymaster Scabbs is a "control-oriented quest reward" (it's not) just because you get 5 cards from it.

@@kimidoriglove5761 My two cents: 1) you need to draw all four pieces. The chance of one being at the bottom of the deck is significant. 2) you need to play all four pieces. Sometimes losing tempo by making suboptimal and expensive plays. Denathrius, you simply keep in hand and play ramp/survive doing all the usual stuff.

@@romanphoenix999 First, he is for sure stronger than old 10 cost wincon (not by a big margin compare to Y'Shaarj otk tho) but to be fair, every other card from darkmoon got power crepted compare to this expansion anyway. Second, Denathius also can be at the bottom of the deck and dont have enough infuse to actually do anything too. He just another simple 10 cost wincon that require you to work toward it. The problem is more like from class that have tutor card to easily find him PLUS ton of token generator to infuse him. This is more like (druid) class card design problem and not Denathius fault. Otk type deck exist to punish the control-heavy deck with strong control and card that win by generate almost infinite value which drag a game on forever (like old control priest or walock, you basically cant play around the "created by" to "created by" card ). I dont see problem with good otk card, but the card that give strong support to the otk card.

@@kimidoriglove5761 Your math isn't totally correct there. The chance of Denathrius being at the bottom is the same as the chance of one piece at the bottom. There are four pieces. So the chance of at least one of them being at/near the bottom is greater. Plus, you can't tutor the pieces as easily. Secondly, playing towards Denathrius is simply playing minions. Which is more prevalent in this expansion and is very much what Druid does these days. Scale of Onyxia is 7 ticks with 1 card. Flipper friends, Onyxia Brood mother, Topior, are all not that hard to implement in a deck. While the benefit is the same, the cost is smaller.

@@romanphoenix999 Feeding minion to the infuse is easier than playing setup card of course but some other otk only require you to have the card in hand like lifesteal dh or garrote pre-nerf. You can just focus on drawing w/o even need to set up or infusing. I dont believe the fault lie within denathius because he is fine in a lot of deck other than druid (and now paladin), because those deck can't directly tutor denathius to start stacking right away and don't even have very strong token generator at the same time.

If you are going to vote, educate yourself on the issues. Don't vote just because someone tells you too. The massive push to have uninterested and uninvested people vote is bad. You should want to vote because you care about the issues. Unfortunately we live in a two party system so the reality is actually that mobilizing more casual voters is far more important than trying to inform a smaller number of people about the issues, because the end result is that both of those groups are going to vote the same way anyway (assuming we're talking about people on the same side of the aisle for simplicity) due to a lack of viable alternatives so you might as well go for the group that provides the highest value towards actually winning the election. The tally doesn't care how informed your opinion was, it's just a pure numbers game.
