If Fenya fails to go 12 wins with that Paladin deck, he should quit the game. That is one of the most insane drafts I have ever seen, and I've been coolered many times in Arena.

well... it's trump's fault for not clearing that golem with starfire the turn before, if he hadn't taken 11 dmg to face he'd probably have won really since he had card advantage... (why'd he play his own golem? Against paladin they're bound to either put a blessing on that thing, or give it divine shield the next turn. In the case of divine shield allowing them to kill a 7/7 for free is pretty much max value) btw holy light is generally a sucky card but trump allowed him to get value out of it with bad play

kb27787 This is true, in arena if you have a chance of clearing the opponents minions, then its generaly a good idea to do so. As Kb27787 said, if he had starfire + innervate + hero power, he would had clear the golem taking 6 damage, instead of 10 wich would probably made him survive the aggro style the paladin adopted since he had card advantage.

Quan Do It's arena, you have to assume that for the most part he picked what was best out of his draws. Considering how well he played, you can tell he's a good player. He even acknowledged value mistakes. Maybe he couldn't pick a handful of true silvers, maybe that one truesilver was the only time it came up. With a couple of exceptions (the grizzly for example) that Paladin had about as great a deck you could hope for in arena.

That player wasn't that good. Just spamming his Consecrations. *yawn* And taking 10 damages from that War Golem wasn't the best idea from Trump. Starfire was safer.

That paladin had a sick deck but not as sick as the one I drafted the other day. I went 12 with paladin a few days ago, I had gone 12 before but this deck was nuts, 2 argent protector, 3 consecration, 2 aldor peacekeeper 3 truesilvers, 1 avenging wrath, 1 ysera and some good quality minions like 3 yetis, it was completely gross xD

If you look closely, the rifleman glows green as it's being lifted from the board. In this split second, you can quickly click it back onto the board without waiting for the animation to complete!

The four consecrations are not that great dude. It's the two equalities that he had that was truly scary. 4 consecrations? Meh. 4 Truesilvers? Awwww yeh

lkjkhfggd With 4 Truesilvers you start to run into problems, as weapons must be properly spaced out. Beginning at turn 4, 4 Truesilvers would last up until turn 12, with 4 mana every second turn spent to play another one. But as one usually wants to play some other stuff as well, too many weapons in hand quickly become dead cards.

4 Truesilvers is nothing. You can start worrying about weapon overload when you're playing Warrior and drafted seven or more weapons. Having two or god forbid three truesilvers just sitting in hand is very rare, and it's still not a big deal. You'll still have plenty of cards to handle the opponent's stuff, especially since you'll have a truesilver hit each turn to help. And with four truesilvers, you could hit the face with some shots, since that alone deals 32 damage if uncontested.

So, at 31:30 the game gave Trump a rare chance to get the Blood Knight value, and he just... refused it. What's the point of that?

Like he said, he preferred to have a 3/1 alive with another minion than to get a 6/6 and trade off the 3/1. It plays around things like Hex (which the opponent actually ended up using on the very next play) and is more flexible for dealing with multiple targets. Yes, on the other hand Crusader is more easily killed with small direct damage - there's always risk judgements to be made. I'd say the only time the BK is INARGUABLE value is when the shield is on the opponent's minion. Something small like Argent Squire may qualify too, but in this case he was choosing between 3 extra attack on the BK vs the 3 attack he already had from the Crusader, so it's not clear-cut.

I don't think hunter is that bad in Arena, it has all right class cards and the combo of buzzard and unleash was only for card draw pretty much. You can just pick other minions instead of it. And you can still do the hyena unleash combo.

Hunter is not bad, but compared to the other classes, it is surely inconsistent. Hunter relies on so much combo cards, also if you cannot draft an aggressive deck, it is hard to win many games.

wish there was a 2/5 with something like "enrage +3 health and taunt" ^^ that would be one of those useless weird cards that noone plays and i wonder if the warlock hero ability is overpowered and how you could nerf it oO increasing the mana or health cost to 3 seems too harsh... but maybe you could change the health cost to 2-3 so its a little bit random? though hearthstone does not need more random elements maybe >_

I think the warlock hero ability is fine, the main problems are Soulfire and Doomguard. They should be nerfed to "If this is the last card in your hand, it cannot be played/ summoned." This would make sure Warlock at least lose some of its cards and need more turns to maintain the card advantage.

Jubeat RB Coming from a warlock player, the problem with soulfire and doomguard is RNG, if you hold both in hand you're likely to discard your soulfire whilst playing doomguard especially if you play zoo, and often times you'll discard your doomguard playing soulfire with massive value loss, often times losing you the game. they're perfectly balanced in the sense that if you don't play your soulfires and try to gain value by just playing minions and gaining control, you'll draw a second soulfire eventually and discard your other, or you'll use the soulfire and discard a really good minion. It's a huge pain.

Trump always says something along the lines: "Health is only a resource and as long as you have 1 health then you're good." In his case health didn't matter as much as Stormwind Champion because if he died it would've been a lot harder to have board control and probably would've ended up taking way more than 6 damage. It's good to hit enrage creatures such as Gurubashi with your face and then with your minion only when your minion dies regardless or when you're on extremely low health.
