It makes me feel good to see this arena after just going 12 wins with rogue in arena with a pretty similar deck to Trump. I do think that my deck turned out a bit better with more midgame, more weapons and some AoE. But I also had less early game and less late game than Trump so my deck wasn't that much stronger. Still it's good to see that pros aren't always the ones getting the best results.

Sometimes I swear there's an intentional mechanic where if you do poorly on your arena run, you get a good pack at the end to make up for it. Whereas if you go 7+, you pretty much always get hit with another 40 dust stinker...

I've been recently saving gold and I already got 700 to buy either Naxxramas or BRM. None of my wings are unlocked so it would be either the Emperor Thaurissan or Loatheb wing (based on the legendaries you get). I don't know which one to unlock or if it's better to wait until Grand Tournament gets out and buy packs or base my opinion on the Grand Tournament meta decks. What do you think I should do?

That deck was well predicted by me to go not so well. It was waaaay too slow. I like that Trump appreciates value of strong cards, but he always tends to choose way too much late game cards. Also having no removal/AOE spells also turned out to be a deal. I dunno guys, but I think zooish type of deck, which has no more than 1,2 6 mana cards, which can be played along with different to flood the board or combo is one of the best option to go. I kind of refer to Kolento Warlock arena deck, which had exactly one 6 mana card, Auctioneer, so a lot more options than just simply putting a minion in order to have board presence.

Junda Tan playing the classes you need for quest in arena is always a good idea and over time you get better, i started out with no money and after i got better (usually 5-6 wins) i now slowly build up my gold (currently 2,2k).

Junda Tan If you want to min max the shit out of the quests - keep allways 3 quest, daily cancel one of them and play only one of them. By canceling one of them (40 gold ones) you have a chance to get 60g, 100g or packerino. By having 3 quests (most likely 40g 40g 40g) and canceling one of them, you cant have 2 same quests so you will have bigger chance to get 60g/100g/packerino, rather than other 40g. Its not much, only about 11.5g if you dont hoard quests, and 12.5g if you do (26 quests, 15x 40g, 9x 60g, and 2x 100g), but its something. If there is a chance that you will miss single day its not worth hoarding them, but if you have troubles with doing some kind of 40g quest dont get hard on yourself, as you can reroll it next day, with the chance of getting higher one etc. Oh, and if you have 40g, 40g and 60g, first do 60g one, and then reroll 40g to not limit the pool of 60g quests ;) Also, there are few one-time "hidden quests" in hearthstone - first free arena etc. - the one that some people miss is defeating every "expert AI" in Player vs Bot, as you wont do this by just playing the game. There are few extra ones like unlock every hero - 100g, get all base cards (get every hero to lvl 10) - another 100g, win 100 games another 100g etc. - you can find full list on hearthstone wikias etc. Spend gold on arenas - if you win more than 3 games you will get on average >50g, so on average it will be better than buying packs for 100g each (tho you will get only GvG/TGT cards this way, so in future you may want to spend gold on basic cards). When doing quests - play full cancer, maybe even on "casual" if you want. Pre-GvG I have tried to do druid dominace quest. Without Ancient of Wars or Ancient of Lore's. I've lost 15 games in the row. I went full yolo and created full cancer deck that had no minions past 3-mana. I've won like 10 games in the row. The idea is if you play just for quest, its better to play 3 games, where you loose on turn3 (or concede), rather than getting wrecked by Dr.Balanced etc. on turn 7+ Oh and tavern brawls - try to get the classic pack from there every week, as classic packs are worth more than arena packs ;P You can also do quests via brawls, espcially if they are based on premade decks. There if you turn 5 concede after getting super shitty unstable portals or shitty beasts from the spiders noone will be mad ;P And 10g every 3 wins - than would mean 30 games every day (as daily cap from 10g every 3 wins is 100g) - you can do casual, brawls, etc, but here are same principles - its better to win 20 games and loose 30, than win 15 games and loose 5, if your first ones were with facehunter that were done in 5 minutes, and 2nd ones where with freezmage and took 15 minutes each ;) And I wouldnt get too hard on 10g every 3 win 100g cap, you would have to be Hearthstone addict to play until you win 30 games every fucking day for few months :) You get ~50g from quests for doing almost nothing (arena here and there, 5 wins every 2-3 days, some quests done almost for accident - face damage, minions played, spells played etc.), so you can get 50g +~20g if you do your daily quest from construted, or some fun, pack, dust and possibly more gold from arena), so you can do 50-80 for playing for ~30 mins daily, or 150 for playing like 2h daily :) And if you less than 3 quests you can just login, reroll quest and close hearthstone without any gold lost :)
