As "hockeater" said, it's legal for Arena - since you can have more than 2 copies of a card up to epic, and you can have 2 or more copies of a legendary card. Hope this helped ;)

+DarkAngel Trump explicitly says so in the video that he's getting gold for adventures. As he notes, he didn't make a good gold profit from this because he only got 5 more gold than it takes to do the next arena run. Arena rewards suck, but they're still the best way for him to make gold fast.
