I think Ancient Harbinger might be useful to an Old God-centric deck (like a Cthun deck), since getting a single card is almost certainly critical to your strategy. Whether Old God-centric decks are competitive and whether they need help finding the key minion faster remains to be seen, however.

Ancient Harbinger is pretty great for dragon priest. 6-Drops are one of the things they struggle with: Cabal can lose tempo against decks w/out weak minions that late in the game, and Scaled Nightmare might be kind of slow. This card will put Dragonlord into your hand, and maybe even justify running both deathwings to surprise our gun-happy dwarven friend after he kills deathwing 2.0

But it looks like Paladin is mostly getting swarm and Control tools, and Shaman is getting all the midrange ones. So it might be their time to shine.

Those three shaman cards are crazy good! I'd love to see Shaman move up to the top 2-3 classes. I think a mid-range deck is definitely within the bounds of possibility. I'm thinking Master of Evolution is going to get nerfed pretty hard though... maybe a 4 mana 4-3? A straight buff to yeti seems too good to be true

true, I suppose I hadn't thought about combo potential with Aviana. Still, I think it would have been better if they gave it an immediate effect, since they already had a cool, multi card combo (feugen/stalagg) fall flat because the big payoff is just raw stats, which can be easily dealt with or removed. As it is, the ancient one isn't even really much better than thaddius; after a certain point, stats stop mattering as much, since with thaddius, it's already a case of "have an answer or lose" so upping the stats above around 11/11 or 12/12 is really just irrelevant.

Ancient Harbinger should say, "If one is already in your hand, summon it, trigger its Battlecry, and then destroy this minion." That way it's not useless if you draw your Old God naturally and want to get it out early. This, of course, would make using it with Deathwing potentially awful. It'd be like a super Alarm-o-bot.

So Shaman gets a really strong Legend, (so far and with several cards to go) a handful of strong class cards, they still hold over solid TGT cards like TGolem, Thunderbluff and Tuskar, Rumbling Earth Elemental and Tunnel Trog might make a come back in midrange thanks to both these new cards and the return of older midrange cards like Fire Elemental, Ferrel Spirits and Manatied Totem. Remove Crackle with GvG (one of the best cards in Agro Shaman) and its looking allot like Midrange is going to have a real shot of getting back into the Meta, maybe even seeing some Spring/Summer Cup play since the format is changing to have more decks played in a match. I am getting a, "GvG just made Paladin playable!?" Vibe here and I like it!

If shamans get better, doomhammer + rockbiter is similar to force savage, costing less mana so you could fit a lightning bolt in there or another rockbiter, and then even the next turn can swing for more with doomhammer. Will shamans be like druids?

Thing about ancient Harbinger is it is great if you are building a deck around a single 10 mana minion (say, C'thun). If you play a class without a lot of draw, building a deck around C'thun may be bad because it is only a single card in your deck and there is a strong chance you will never draw it. So, yes running an ancient harbinger has larger diminishing returns compared to running another C'thun. But you can't run two C'thun's. tl;dr will make c'thun decks more consistent.

+SaixUberGenial - I dunno. I mean, sea giants are a better fit for aggro decks (flood the board, play the cheap 8/8 to resist aoe) and c'thun decks will be more of midrange/control style. Plus, you can run two sea giants so you are likely to draw one of them over the course of the game. They also anti-synergize in a way because if this card lives, you don't have a 100% chance to draw the 10 mana card you build your deck around. Plus, i agree with Trumps assessment about just playing this card to just draw "a 10 mana card" (basically, kinda meh). I think it only becomes above average when your win condition is one specific card, because your chance to draw it goes from 50%ish to a 75%ish

But... Why would you need your harbinger to draw more than one 10-cost card? If you have a deck centered around an old god then this guy makes it much more viable, since you don't have to draw your entire deck to get it semi reliably and if you buffed it a bunch it should hopefully win you the game the turn you play it. You could give it stealth in rogue for example.

If I was a Hearthstone card creator Y'sharaj and Cthun would be a little different.. Based on Lore Y'sharajs ability would be "Deathrattle: Put Y'sharajs heart Into your hand", which could be something like a 8 mana 0/8.. Then give Y'sharajs heart the ability "Battlecry: Summon a random Sha to your side of the field, as long as this card remains on the field the Sha cannot be brought below 1 HP", so you could have stuff like the Sha of Anger "Give your minions +2 attack", Sha of Despair "Your oponnents minions have -2 attack" etc etc, and cool stuff like that for each sha which is related to Y'shrajs lore.. His ability as it stands has nothing to do with his lore.. Yes this sounds a little overpowered but it would not be, because Y'sharajs heart is still a 8 Mana card with a random summon affect so you could gets the least benificial Sha to your current game. Ctuns ability would be equally lore related giving him the ability "Give all minions Insanity accept those with "Cthun" in the name" permanently while hes on the feild, and Insanity would be "Give this minion a 50% chance to attack random character".. It would not be overpowered because it will affect your minions aswell making it a very risky play, and very situational to be greatly beneficial.

+Alex Rodriguez because I started only a few months ago (month or two before december) I decided to choose two classes to play being rogue and shaman so I only crafted cards for those classes and one legendary and that was malygos so thats the deck I will probably play at first until the meta stabilizes then I figure it out from there I only run 1 gadgedzan auctioneer in my maly deck I think and I run sinister strikes to burst people from as much as 24 hp using thaurissian preps and coins from tomb pillager to get more manna for win on turn 10

6 to 7 might give better stats, but 7 to 8 gives insanely valuable effects, Tirion, Rag, Al'Akir, Grommash, Gruul, Rhonin and the only really bad results are Fossilized Devilsaur/Ironbark Protector. 50 % of the time you get an insane legendary, 25 % of the time you get a decent legendary and the final 25 % you get an 8/8 that sometimes has taunt. Oh and then there's Chromaggus which just makes it better.

I don't think mire keeper is really that op, I think it's the next trogzore, or however you spell it, you don't generally want to to go from 4 to 6 and a 4 mana 5/5 probably wouldn't get played. so I think it's way overvalued.

+WOOTIE There are no Legendary spells either. Legendary is supposedly reserved for famous characters. If weapons could be legendary Gorehowl and Doomhammer would be legendary weapons.
