Fans need to support Graham Wardles decision to leave on his own, and realize, they are not helping the show to continue in his absence, by constantly complaining. It was HIS decision. Any show's success is the sum of more than just 1 character. I support Graham's personal decision as an actor and person to leave, I support the remaining staff and actors to continue this incredible show. I also support Nathan as having a permanent place in Amy's life in going forward. My interest and love of this show grows.

Nathan goes to pasture, I hope Amy appreciates herself, takes care of her daughter Lindy. He teaches and talks a little about his profession and her father Ty. If there is an 18 season that sees a slightly older Lindy already running the business with Amy. Because this TV show without Ty was a fifth-rate soap opera. Just my opinion

We know she needs to move forward. She needs maybe to have that love again. She's not like her mom. Her mom was strong and didn't need a man. But Amy, maybe isn't that strong. I wish she was, but she cannot. She is strong in her own way better. Mom was stronger, she didn't need the man. We have to accept the man That they want her to have but we don't have to like or love him. I love Ty. I will try my best to like him. But it doesn't mean that I will. When you've seen her with somebody for 13 years at level is so beautiful. And their level is so beautiful. I will watch it but I believe that I'll always watch 1 through 13. My favorite and it will always be sorry.

However, Lindy invited Nathan to see the clouds with her and Amy and the three of them ended up looking at the clouds. If there is an 18th season we will see what will happen, but Amy spoke about Ty again and the wedding was based on the balance that Ty made for her. Heartland has already ended in season 13, now it's another story without romance, without love, just meaningless stories. Just my opinion

I am not going to debate as in my opinion the show has been over since the end of season 13. Guess we all look for something different in a show! Yes I am a "big" Graham Wardle fan and yes he chose to leave and yes he will "not" be coming back at any point! His interests are on other things and good on him! But what you see in a show for family value and what I do appears to be very different! I have all the books that Heartland was based on, all of the season dvd discs & have recorded discs for 16 & 17! Why I say all this is I have watched season 1-13 at least a dozen times a few much more! I haven't even opened season 14 or 15 discs and never will. And I have not re-run 16 or any of 17 and never will. Watching them once on TV was enough for us! The storyline for us is gone and what they have provided us is garbage. A new storyline attempt were almost the entire show is about Amy finding a man! Really that is what we want to see??? Pushing guy after guy at her!! That is not how it goes in real life! Just let it work out how it is supposed to at Amy's pace not the writers desire . She may want to explore someone, or she may want to wait longer or she may want to do like her mother did and remain as a single, raising Lyndy to be a fine young lady, enjoy family, get back to being that Miracle Girl again!! But the key to all this is at her pace and not what a handful of fans want to happen. That is real life!! The key actors are dropping like flies and the ones they are bringing in well there acting needs some polishing. Reading Q cards isn't my thing and all the characters simply look tired and bored! Jack I have heard will be retiring and actress playing Lisa moving on! No I have no interest in the Fleming group! As a rancher we want to see all that Heartland gave in the early years. We have no interest in Jessica/Lou and art gallery's, Katie and writing, Shane & his bride on whether to go to London and have "no" interest in Nathan other than a neighboring friend! He can't even ride a horse(he sits on the horse while his stunt double does all the riding!) And he is supposed to be a rancher!! Don't think so!! So hear is a deal for you!! You send us the Michigan Wolverines and we will send you the "Fleming family" and we will throw in Jessica & Nathan as a bonus. Not Lyndy as she is more like her dad than her mom!! Think that is fair!!! How can you tell I am not a Amy fan other than her working with horses! Lol! Having said all this you enjoy the show as you see it! Soap opera shows are not our thing!😂😂 Take care & enjoy!

If Graham wanted to return to the show an easy way to write him back in would be he has an identical twin that Ty didn't know he had. That would guarantee the show could last another 4 years. That would be fun to watch how Amy responds!

Funny how they do a scene with her falling with a guy. Just like her and Ty when they were taking their save the date photos and they fell together. That was a great scene. Lots of chemistry between those two. I just don’t see it with Nathan but I guess the writers and Amber do.

The real success of Heartland was and still is the Amy and Ty love story. The dating in season 17 especially Amy's relationship with Nathan is simply the writers attempt to keep the storyline interesting, and not boring. I believe if Ty comes back to the show Heartland will continue with Ty, Amy and Lindy together again. If he doesn't return the writers will conclude the series with Amy unable to accept another(not just because Ty can't be replaced} because of her continuing strong love and feelings for Ty. She will conclude that her peace and happiness is with her as a single mother raising Lindy in the manner Ty would have wanted. In my opinion, because we had 14 years of this remarkable love story, whereby the viewers got to intimately know Ty, it makes it nearly impossible to erase him from the viewers minds and on a larger scale future Heartland seasons.

I hope they do end up together. The show needs a new romance for Amy to grow the Amy character. The show will grow stale if the writers don't fill that part of Amy's heart. Grieving for the past should be a season in life not life's end-point as it has been for Amy since S14E1.
