Her growth and decline is something that most people overlook in both the books and movies, but your edit portrayed it wonderfully. I read these books when I was twelve and Susan was my favorite character (besides Aslan) even though her disbelief broke my heart, because of how it showed me what it looks like to fall away from God. I agree that this video is the best one from heart of narnia because it shows why Susan was an important, beautiful character from C.S. Lewis.

I’m crying. Thank you this is soo good. If made me remember all the emotions I felt when we learned that Susan and Peter couldn’t go back to Narnia, then Lucy and Edmund and so on. And then in the end we learned that Susan wasn’t a friend of Narnia anymore. I hope and wish that she was able to reunite withe her family. :’)

This is probably my favorite video ever. I always felt lke Susan was left behind by the fandom. Like no one tried to understand her reasons. I know that because i already was on the same place as her... And no one notice how i was putting distance of everything i loved because the feeling of remember it was too painful. I assume i had to stop this video a lot of time. I started watching the day you've posted it, but I just could finish it right now. And, this is truly a masterpiece. I feel like you did justice to her in a way a lot of persons couldn't understand it. I just want to thank you for keep insipiring me and making justice to Susan. I loved it!

The only way to truly love (anyone, even ourselves) is to accept God's great love for us when he sent his son Jesus to die for our sin like Aslan died for Edmund's betrayal. I'm so glad Susan finally realizes and accepts this truth... I just hope she will act on it before it is too late...

There is a college essay I found that compares Susan to another CS Lewis character, Orual from Till We Have Faces (a retelling of Cupid and Psyche). Orual loved, loathed, and envied her young sister Psyche, a beautiful princess, and was also possessive of her because Orual had no one to love (she was born ugly, unloved and unwanted). When Cupid took Psyche away to be his bride, Orual was broken and bitter. At first she thought her sister was dead, but she found her alive and healthy, and thought she was delusional when Psyche said she lived a magnificent palace and married a stranger that was forbidden to see or ask of his identity. Orual, acting like an arrogant adult, forced and threatened her sister to discover who the stranger is and kill him, as she thinks Psyche is delusional. But once Orual captures a glimpse of the divine palace and hears Psyche screaming for her divine husband, and even has dreams of Psyche suffering at the hands of the cruel goddess Venus, Orual is horrified and guilty and having lost her sister again. The rest of the story is Orual's re-learning herself and finding forgiveness from her sister. The essay concludes that Orual's redemption could be the long-sought-for, mature and complex answer to Susan's salvation.
