answering the "why viktor top": Viktor scales nice into lategame and ther farming simulator of toplane is nice for him, unless you face a ghost+ignite Darius. You can farm FS and get your augments with minions, plus if you manage to get a kill the better. Lets say the pace in toplane is slower and that benefits Viktor in a way ---- just as Ryze is (was) also played in the top lane sometimes. This depends on the playstyle of who is playing tho. I personally, as a main viktor, find it quite nice, tho there are matchups and matchups. Also he probablu went top because he didn't want to face the akali (understandable)
