The bedroom scene took 8hrs to shoot and it came out perfect!! The ending song is sung by the band “Wasia Project” which is made up of Will Gao(Tao) and his sister!!! Can’t wait for Season 3 🫶

I love it, when Nick open his eyes, the light next to Charlie is on because Charlie is for Nick his light and fun fact the actress plays Darcy's Mom plays in another series a lesbian and the last song is from William Gao and his sister

This episode literally broke me. Because I did what Charlie did at that age. And it all came flooding back. I hadn’t cried so hard when I watched this the first time, I’m glad no one else was home when I did watch it. It’s still hard for me to watch because I didn’t realize how much trauma I was still carrying with me from those days. Ugh! I love this show sooooo much! Also! Did you know Joe Locke is performing on Broadway in Sweeney Todd??? He’s taking on the role of Tobias Ragg!!! His debut is the 31st!!! I’m flying to NYC next month to see him and hopefully meet him!!! I’m freaking out!! Supposedly he signed a 12 week contract so he’ll be there a bit!

I love that Nick and Tao are friends now. Harry’s evolution this season is basically what he becomes in the novels and in the book ‘Nick and Charlie’ - obnoxious but generally harmless. I agree season 3 is going to be a mess. If the story follows the books, Charlie finally gets help, but things will get worse before they get better. Ok, last random comment. It’s amazing that they appear to be setting up Imogen and Sahar for a season 3 romance. What’s a season of HS without a new romance?

I absolutely love your reactions! I’ve been at home sick all week and the only comfort is hanging out with my favorite cast and watching HS over and over or reaction videos to it. A couple things I have found in this episode that I love to point out (I usually read the comments first to make sure I’m not repeating a bunch of things): -the opening scene when Nick makes his coming out post, the beautiful song playing is Colours of You by Baby Queen - she wrote this song specifically for Nick and Charlie. When Charlie opens the door and flies into Nick’s arms the lyrics say, “I’m covered in the colours of you” and Nick is literally covered in the colors of Charlie’s pride flag and Charlie is covered in the colors of Nick’s pride flag! These details are so simple, but so meaningful! - Baby Queen is the one performing during prom, tons of her songs are in the show and on the soundtrack…I’m in love with her and her music and she is actually friends with the cast. -I believe someone mentioned the light coming on in Charlie’s room when Nick opens his eyes to see him in his suit…the light is a globe. Makes me think they are saying that Charlie is Nick’s world or lights up his world! -As far as I can tell, this moment, when Nick’s eyes are covered, is the only mention of physical looks between Nick and Charlie, but you never question (from season 1:episode 2 till the end of season 2:episode 8) if Nick finds Charlie attractive or Charlie finds Nick attractive. They talk with their eyes and actions! But Nick saying, “For the record, I think you always look cute” made my heart skip a beat or two and I almost cried from that! I cannot wait for season 3, but also, I am not ready! I would love for Netflix to confirm a season 4 before season 3 comes out, so we are all prepared. If these are the last 8 episodes we get with this group of characters who are now a part of our lives, we need to know before we push play on season 3: episode 1! I really hope and feel semi confident they will give us a season 4, but making it official would make season 3 easier. Does that make sense? Also…episode 1…”Love” yea, I will be watching that episode 100 times the first week it’s out! Taking a week off work! Okay…I’ll stop rambling now! I love this show so much! ❤

Im apart of a Heartstopper ( and other LGBT shows) fan group on Facebook. We did a poll of what Character is the most disliked on the show. She was only in two scenes but Darcy's mom won. The way she does not show any bit of care for the fact no one has heard or seen her daughter in 24 hours. She just closes the door after saying thanks.

Even with Ben, as much of an asshole he was to Charlie, and how much he hurt him, a little tiny part deep down inside me feels for him because of his little redemption scene at the end where he tries to apologize. Obviously Charlie does not have to accept that apology but it shows a little bit of growth on Ben’s part that maybe he will learn to do better. And with Harry, I think the things Isaac said to him actually affected him. And it was nice to see him internally realize “I’ve been a complete asshole to Nick and Charlie and everyone else, they’re great people and my actions and words made me lose them”. And with Nicks dad, he was a complete dead beat, but I think he did actually deep down have a little bit of care for Nick and wish he was more present. However, with Darcy’s mom, there was absolutely nothing there for me to actually feel sorry for her or like her one bit. Just the contrast between the feelings I had for the other antagonists and her. The actress played her wonderfully. Being able to portray a character that has no redeeming characteristics, no empathy and is just a completely entirely awful person must be really hard.
