Hearty BEEF PELAU🍲|The PERFECT One Pot Rice & Meat Meal!

This one pot rice dish is an easy meal to make when you want something delicious, comforting, quick and yet satisfying. This is a complete meal with beef, pigeon peas, vegetables and rice. Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs stewing beef cut into bite sized pieces and seasoned with liquid Maggi seasoning and beef bouillon
1 Tbsp cooking oil
2 Tbsp browning (kitchen bouquet)
1 medium onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 cups water
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp all-purpose Seasoned Salt (Goya Adobo)
1 pack beef bouillon
1 pack Sazon Goya with annatto
2 cubes Maggi seasoning
2 cups parboiled rice
1 can pigeon peas
1 medium carrot
1 cup coconut milk
1 bunch of fresh thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper or habanero pepper

Wow! I made this for super tonight and it was so good. I used jasmine rice instead of parboiled rice and it was so tasty. I added red chili peppers for some added heat which went nicely with the flavors. I highly recommend this recipe.
