It varies but yes I would say ‘Accra’ in Ghana can be expensive for an airbnb if you choose prime location and premium amenities. But their is lots of options in Ghana in general so something for everyone I would say 😊

Location, location, location, which, I'd imagine, determines prices all over the world. But no, people are just so good at hasty generalisation. A whole self compound two--bedroom house could be got for less than $200 a month at Lakeside, Ashaley Botwe where I live. A gated community too.

Actually, the airbnbs in Ghana are extremely cheap. This is the reason they are popular. The hotels can charge between $120.00 to $350.00 per night. Studios to one bedroom airbnbs can go from $30.00 to $80.00 per night. Moreover, depending on the owner and staff you can get great amenities. People forget how much the owner has to spend to maintain the units and provide a certain quality. It is not easy to find good and dependable staff.
