Plain water ya acidic please specify 2= Bundle leakage test kaise karte Hai, agar pipe me leak hua to usse kaise repair karte Hai. 3= Agar running condition me leakage ya blockage hoto kaise pta karenge. Plate type heat exchanger maintenance pe v video bnaiye sir.

Bhai comment me sab kuchh clear karna thoda mushquil hai phir bhi koshish karta hu dekhiye... Heat exchanger ke cleaning ke water me kuch ingredients milate hai jaise Scalzo, Ox-Sol, CA-100 jisse water ka pH 2-3 ke bich me ho sath me anti foam element CTA-800 bhi milate h, yani kul milakar acid ka use kiya jata yani fresh water se clean nhi hota h. Next agar bundle me leak pta karna ho to sabse pahle exchanger ko drain kar lenge uske baad shell side fresh water full kar diya jata h phir pressure pump se water ke pressure ko badhaya jata h shell ke design pressure ke 1.5 times phir dry air Sare tube per apply kiya jata h agar leak hoga to water drop dikhai dega... Aur jab likage ka pata chal jata h to use ham plugging ke dwara thik kiya jata h...

Ye depend karta h crane ke capacity per so there's no particular answer but as per rule crane capacity ka 70% load utha sakte hai, like crane capacity 100 ton h to 70 ton lift kar sakte h but iske liye bhi bahut kuchh matter karta h like height, radius etc.
