Blast injury Causes : Explosive device like bomb , grenades, missiles , Gas cylinder etc First aid : 1) Check circulation, airway, breathing. 2) If pulse is absent then start CPR . 3) Stop bleeding. 4) Start IV Fluids 5) Apply Dressings to wounds. 6) Give inj pain killer eg. Inj Morphine 3mg per 10 to 15 Minutes.(As per doctor advice). 7) Split and Immobilize Fracture . 8) Give Oxygen. Aap ko thoda bahut idea mil gaya hoga. Abhi video nahi bana paoonga . 2 weeks ke bad banaoonga. Sorry for that brother.
