They will breed for sure as the male is elder than female but They're too young for breeding normally a budgie should breed after 10-12 months of birth but breeding now won't be a problem I guess as it's the month of breeding and if they're willing then they'll breed for sure My budgies are now of 11 months and they've successfully started breeding
