Hello, how are you? Explanation of the lecture is very interesting. It is possible to derive the heat transfer equation by conducting the hollow cylinder with the heat generated one dimension .

The only problem I had in my class is the professor was doing things with the operators that I did not understand. It's like what you did at 5:36. You just leave the d operator on one side. Then integrate just the d. I don't recall ever integrating like that. I wanted to just say integrate both sides with respect to r. It may be the same result but I never see just the d left on the left side like that.
