This is a good video it shows that Hezi gets away with lazy play because he's louder than most people and they back down. Dev isn't backing down and making Hezi go hard. Its a great trainer move to get someone to go past their comfort level.

Hezi is talented in scoring, and nothing else. Yes he will get you buckets but at a great cost, arguably a net negative cost. He plays zero defense and makes his teammates play worse by taking them out of the game since he ball hogs so much. You can clearly see how much better the rest of the team played together once Hezi took a seat, much more passing and good shots taken, just overall a much smoother flowing team.
