You're aware that he is the lawyer for Senzos alleged killers. The trial has been delayed long enough and the judge wants things to speed up. Argumentative questions can be stopped by the judge. You should watch other court cases.

@@Eishjo45 The entire court case is an argument Mzolosi. The State presents evidence against the accused, and the Defense argues and desputes the evidence and verse versa. As such, a reply to an objection raised is part of the court proceedings and that's exactly what the defense attorney was doing. The defense can not be prejudiced simply because we want to speed things up.

The judge is understandably under pressure due to the delays caused by Teffo's shenanigans. Remember also he may have to account to the JSC why the trial took so long. He also has the responsibility to stop lawyers from badgering witnesses.
