ASHWORTH is DOF who will head footballing operations and finalise the player deals and other football realted deals, Technical Director Wilcox will take care of Academy and related side of football, Vivell will head the scouting department and will take reports from Head Scout and make recommendations to Ashworth. Berrada will deal with financial side of Football. How are they encroaching each other's working operations? IM NOT INEOS IN, but I can see what they are doing is exactly I wanted to happen under full ownership like Qatar. Other than Rangnick for Ashworth, I would have taken other appointments that INEOS have made.
