A plural in Hebrew does not mean the same as in English. It a way of showing respect or honor to the subject. In genesis 1, 1 the word before elohim is Barra and uses a singular predicate. In case you don't know what a predicate is it's described what the subject is doing or is or both. Basically it says a singular God created the sky and land. That's why you misread because you don't know what it's actually saying and the English translation is not as accurate.

But if the Gospels are trustworthy, then the quran is STILL false because it teaches contradictory, mutually exclusive facts about key issues. @@iPeacefulMuslim muhammad was not a name back in the seventh century. The non existent prophet was actually called Yahya (which 99% of muslims have no idea about). It's an epithet, not a name. The coin of the Umayyad ruler, Mu'awiyyah clearly depicts him as a Christian ruler. The inscription MHMD means "The praised one" and refers to Jesus, not a prophet from Mecca, which didn't even exist on any maps or trading routes in the 7th century. All mosques from within the first 200 years of islam have their quiblah facing either Jerusalem or Petra in Jordan. They didnt start facing mekkah until after the civil war. Mekkah is the late invention of the Abbasids, the biggest enemy and rival of the Umayyad Christian converts. The quran is a later invention consisting of 25% Christian content (Monophysite, Anti-Trinitarian and Nestorian). And the rest was added gradually by the Abbasids. That's why there is no quran in sight in the first 200-300 years. The 25% of the Christian content of the quran are precisely all obscure or unclear passages scholars were not able to properly explain. But once they were re-translated into the original Aramaic using a different vocalization, it becomes clear they are Christian hymns, poems and tractates.

@@iPeacefulMuslim Deuteronomy 14:1 "You are the sons of Yahweh your God". God was speaking to Moses there. Jesus calls Yahweh (God of the Bible, the real God) Father 165 times. That's haram in islam. The quran clearly states nobody can be the son of allah in any sense whatsoever. muslims are simply his slave. muslims clearly don't worship the God of Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Jesus, etc. like they think they do. allah clearly is not the God of the Jews or the Christians. Every other prophet called God, Father, except that pdf.file. muhammad (police be upon him) was also the only one who got visions of where he could stick his pen(is). That's extremely bizarre.

Therefore for that time period the Father became the God of Jesus AND greater then Jesus. Later being glorified again with the Father in the glory they had together before the world was.

The “glorified Jesus” in heaven (not in flesh) is always “subjected to the father”. So that doesn’t work. You have probably a different god than Jesus has.

@@Nbovfm22 Actually Jesus in his resurrected glorified body is flesh. Which is why he still had wounds on his hands and feet which he will probably bear eternally for our sake. That verse that says flesh and blood can’t inherit the kingdom of God is talking about flesh not being able to inherit the kingdom of God without a supernatural change. Which is why it’s said that corruption must PUT ON incorruption. Jesus in heaven right now is in glorified flesh. All flesh is subject to God. Jesus has made himself forever subordinate to the Father in authority. Not essence or being. So no, Jesus’ God is my God. The Holy Triune God is my God.

After he ascended to heaven, he has probably a spiritual body like angelic beings have, Who also appeared as humans, like Jesus appeared after resurrection. How they materialize them selfs, nobody knows. It’s not described.. Jesus is subordinate to his God, because his god and our God is the father. Apologetics grows more difficult by the day as the many Antichrist’s of this time have come already, there’s such a fight to want to box God into human translation and misunderstandings than to surrender to the fact that God is triune and beyond any boxes humanity can build to place Him within. Scripture is clear and trust when I tell you there’s a reason the Lord says multiple times “let those with ears to hear, hear” “let those with eyes to see, see.” Sometimes we indeed must dust off our sandals and keep it pushing…but I appreciate GodLogics work and patience always. We have over 10,000 latin manuscripts which are translated from greek and hebrew of which we have another 6000 manuscripts. We have many manuscripts that havent been fully translated yet, so the gap of time between when the verse was quoted and when it was later re-added back into the bible can easily be filled ANY day when any of the manuscripts get translated fully. If anything this shows that the ENEMY tried to take the verse out to make the trinity less obvious and yet failed miserably. Jesus is God, Jesus is King.

Having access to collections of hundreds of manuscripts, modern scholars are able to determine this verse was introduced into the Bible long after John wrote this letter. The evidence is so overwhelming that it cannot be denied. However, there are still Trinitarians, especially KJV Onlyists, who are unwilling to accept the facts on this matter and claim this verse is authentic. The Problems with the Claim 1. Trinity prooftext? What? Trinitarians of all stripes seem to somehow think this passage would otherwise be a powerful proof for Trinitarian doctrine. Since John uses the words "three" and "one" in one statement, they somehow seem to think this would amount to a three-person-God. Trinitarians tend to read the passage as if John were saying, "and these three are one [God]," or "these three are one [being]" or some similar idea. The text says there are three witnesses, three that testify, indicating the subject matter of the verse concerns a united witness between these three and there is no reason one should suppose it would imply anything else. 1 John 5:7 literally says, "and these three are one." The very next verse, concerning the Spirit and the water and the blood, literally says, "the three are unto the one" meaning these too have a common and united testimony. To be consistent, the Trinitarian advocate of 1 John 5:7 should also then conclude these three, the water, the Spirit, and the blood, are also a Trinity being. It is quite reckless to interpret this text as declaring the Father, Word and Holy Spirit are one God when all the verse says is the three are a united witness, one testimony. The oneness in question is a oneness of purpose and function, not a oneness of ontological being. In other words, the three, the Father, the Word, and the Spirit are in one united agreement concerning their witness/testimony. In John 17 Jesus prayed for this same unity of oneness between (1) himself, (2) the Father, and the (3) church. We would not therefore assume these three entities are "God." I do not pray for these only, but also for those who believe in me through their word, that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. The glory which thou hast given me I have given to them, that they may be one just as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one. (John 17:20-23). As we can see, Jesus prayed that he and the Father and all the disciples would be one. Shall we then suppose all these are God? Of course not. And there is not reason to do so with 1 John 5:7 either. Both of these passages are referring to function, not substance of being. This passage simply does not suggest a Triune God even if it was valid. It simply says that there are three who testify and these three are one. It also says the Spirit, water, and blood are one in the same sense. Neither of the two groups of three are to be understood one other thing but as one unified testimony. 2. It Just Isn't There I John 5:7, also known as, the Comma Johanneum, is found in only eight late Greek manuscripts, four of which have the words in a marginal note. These marginal glosses were added after the original copy was made. Most of these manuscripts originate from the sixteenth century and the earliest manuscript, includes the reading in a marginal note which was added sometime after the original composition. There is no sure evidence the Comma Johanneum existed in the main text of any Greek manuscript until the early sixteenth century or perhaps the fifteenth century at best. From what we do know, it seems the Comma somehow found its way into Latin manuscripts sometime in the fourth or fifth century. It does not appear in any Greek script of any kind until 1215 A.D. where we find it in a Greek translation of the Acts of the Lateran Council, a work originally written in Latin. 3. The Significance of the Greek Manuscripts The European church was essentially split into two halves. The western church spoke Latin and used Latin Bibles and the eastern church spoke Greek and used Greek Bibles. So the question of Greek versus Latin manuscripts is basically a geographical issue. It is also important to recognize the importance of the Greek manuscripts. The New Testament was originally written in Greek. Early Christians also primarily used the Greek Old Testament (Septuagint), not the Hebrew Old Testament, and this tradition lasted for several centuries. Christians later translated the Greek into the Latin for the Latin speaking church in the western part of the Roman Empire, including northern Africa. Now because the Greek language is the original language, and it would create numerous translation errors for copyists to translate from Greek to Latin and then translate from Latin back into Greek. Scribal copyists did not translate from the Latin back into the Greek but only translated from Greek into Latin. Latin copies were made from both Greek copies and already translated Latin copies. However, Greek copies were only made from Greek copies and no translation was necessary at all. Since 1 John 5:7 does not appear in any early Greek manuscripts, it shows us that 1 John 5:7 simply was not there but was somehow introduced into the western Latin manuscripts and independently from the Greek manuscripts in circulation. We also know this because the error was first localized to Spain and North Africa and then later made its way into Italy and Gaul (France). All these locations are in the locality of the western Latin speaking church. 4. Nobody noticed? Now here is how we can be certain that 1 John 5:7 never existed in the early church. Because of the Arian controversy in the fourth century, we know for certain the church was especially guarded concerning any Scriptural evidence they thought they had concerning the Trinity. After the end of the fourth century, these manuscripts were the canonized writings of the status quo church who fought for Trinitarian teaching and it is an unthinkable proposition to suggest the eastern Greek speaking church would have let such a passage inadvertently escape from all their Greek manuscripts spread throughout the eastern half of the Roman empire. If 1 John 5:7 had been authentic, the first attempt to omit this verse would have created an immediate outcry and church leaders would have been looking for the culprit. Indeed, blood was spilled over far less in the fourth century. It is a ludicrous fantasy to suppose the entire eastern Greek speaking Trinitarian church would have allowed 1 John 5:7 to somehow escape from every single one of their Bibles throughout the eastern church and it went unnoticed for over a thousand years.

Being analogous to man's spirit does not dictate that God's Spirit MUST be EXACTLY the same as our spirits, but similar in aspects. In church history, Christ's body, led into All truth by His Spirit, explicated the revealed Godhead from the scriptures. They understood God's Spirit brooding over the waters, His Word walking in the garden, etc. since the beginning. God's mode of being, tripersonal, does not have to be just like our created mode of being, monopersonal. Analogous does not dictate exact similarity in all aspects. Have you looked into Eastern Orthodox explanations on these matters?

One of them is wrong. If the Unitarian is wrong, he is guilty of not worshipping the Son as God. If the Trinitarian is wrong, he is guilty of not completely worshipping the Father God with his whole heart, soul, mind and strength, cos God was only getting 1/3 of what should have been ALL and is actually breaking the 1st of the 10 commandments by worshipping a "god" other than "God" Himself. Mark 12:29,30. In light of that alone, the Trinitarian is in a worse position when he kneels before GOD.

@@AndrewFosterSheff69 Trinitarians worship the Godhead, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We worship them according to how the Bible says to. Unitarians don't worship Jesus as their supposed to. Honor me as you honor The Father. Who ever honor's The Father honors Me- Jesus
